January 14, 2012 Eastern Carribbean Cruise

Hi!

Elizabeth I have a Facebook account. I also was wondering what the chances of getting main dining were too. Second seating might not be that bad, I just never did it before.

The crashing the Caribbean site on facebook is a closed group, that is probably why you can't find it. Jackie added me also.

If you want to find me on FB I'm Jacqueline Cress with a "World Series. Fall Festival... BELIEVE". on my picture.

Id love to stay on tonight but DD wants me to read and I can't ever stay awake after I read.:rotfl:

Good Night everyone. :goodvibes

This is our first time cruising ever, so we've never experienced any of it. We thought it might be better with my niece, who will be 2 months shy from her 3rd birthday, and my 2 younger boys who are very routine oriented (autism). They are used to eating dinner at home around 5:00, and when we go to WDW (or any other vacation) we've always tried to keep it the same. But on the cruise it may be very different and they'll be ok with the late one? Well, they'll have to be if we can't get it changed....lol

Good to know! Jackie, if you see this, could you add me please? Thanks!

Elizabeth

About the dining arrangements... I've heard that the early dining is harder to come by and that's why I chose it on that last cruise but eating early was rough for us with everything so hectic, the shore excursions and such. I'm hoping the late dining will be a bit easier for us this round and I hope we don't regret it.

I just checked the St Thomas cruise terminals and it says we are docked at "anchorage". I assume this means we are tendering, but does anyone know where we would tender there?

OK ... I figured it out and that stinks!! I did it on a cruise before and we just dropped anchor a ways out.

Actually it was an Alaskan cruise but wasn't Anchorage. :)

I went into my "info" under contact information, I had it there!

Try this: when you are on your wall on Facebook, or your profile page, (where you only see your feeds). Look to the left hand side, it says wall, photos, info, friends, etc. Click info, and it should be under the section of contact info. I have my email, phone number etc. And the Facebook address.

If not there, look on the top of your toolbar where it says what website you are on, mine says www.Facebook.com/deltadawn24.

I thought Anchorage was in Alaska.:lmao:

What's Tendering??

We tendered the last time we did this cruise. It really wasn't far from the dock, they just don't have enough room for everyone to get to a dock. They were pretty good at getting everyone from the ship to shore quickly and efficiently, but if you are meeting for a non disney shore excursion make sure you account for a little longer to disembark.
