Wow! It's been way too long since I updated. Kind of fell out of my routine this month, and honestly, I miss it. Need to get back to regular workouts and meals and all that jazz. Until then:
I am not getting as much walking time as I would have liked. Since hurting my shoulder 2 weeks ago, I haven't gotten on the treadmill. I am afraid if I need to balance myself I will hurt my shoulder more. It took forever for our snow and ice to melt to be able to walk outside and now we have snow again. I go for a MRI tomorrow so hopefully we get some more answers and this pain goes away.
