I'm new to the boards but was referred to the DIS and the FEs by a friend I met on the Magic and they told me that the close date was today according to something they read on FB. Hoping that me and my wife can get added on the list please. We are celebrating my wife's 40th birthday and it's a huge surprise for her. Hoping to make it magical by adding the FEs for her birthday. Oh and we are celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary too. Thanks, John

What you can do is send me your info and I can forward it to everyone. Whoever can add you will notify me and I can send you a list. There is no guarantee as to everyone being able to add you but usually we can still get a good list going for you.

Mine came today!

But....only mine. My sister is in St. Thomas, so I can't ask her if she has gotten hers. Is it likely to have gone to her address. When I book ME for her, everything comes to me, even though she lives in NJ, I live in Ohio. Is there anyone else who is bunking with someone with a different home address?

Bobbi - My sister and I are at different addresses under one reservation. She got her docs but I didn't yet. My sister lives in MD and I am in KY. I usually get my Disney stuff a couple of days after her, so I should see mine soon.

Right now there is talk of a Pre-meetup at the Top of the World Lounge on Wed Dec 9th at 8 pm. I'm waiting to here back from DVC to make sure it will be open to all DVC members at that time. Once I know I'll let everyone know for sure!

It was posted on the DVC board that members staying elsewhere can use the ToTW lounge in 2013, with certain days excluded, so, who can come on the 9th? I plan to be there! I've made an ADR at the Wave, then will head upstairs to the meet!

The problem is DVC emailed me back and said we could only go if we were staying at BLT. I'm going to call tomorrow to double check before I make it official

A popular member perk is being extended through 2013. All members staying at Disney Vacation Club resorts using their points can continue to access Bay Lake Tower's Top of the World lounge. Execs stresed that the resort does not have sufficient parking for non-Bay Lake guests wishing to visit the lounge--Disney transportation must be used to reach the resort. Due to expected high crowds, the lounge will be available only to Bay Lake Tower guests on July 3 & 4 and December 30 & 31, 2013.

I would be grateful to anyone/everyone who can help to make my wife's 40th birthday Magical! Please email me the info you would like to diageospirits AT yahoo DOT com Also I know that not everyone may be able to accommodate us but I have oodles of gifts made up and want to share them with the whole list. So when you send me the list please share the whole list vs just those who will be gifting us as it is better to give than to receive! Thanks again, John!

We just received our docs as well. Which is a good thing since I'm surprising my wife by taking her to Hilton Head on New years Day, Caribbean Beach on January 2 and Old Key West on January 6th all before the DVC cruise so that she can see the Christmas lights at the park!

I was told that even though we own at BAy Lake Tower, that since we're staying at the Caribbean Beach and Old Key West that we cannot go up in the lounge since we were not using our points at the BLT
