I would be grateful to anyone/everyone who can help to make my wife's 40th birthday Magical! Please email me the info you would like to diageospirits AT yahoo DOT com Also I know that not everyone may be able to accommodate us but I have oodles of gifts made up and want to share them with the whole list. So when you send me the list please share the whole list vs just those who will be gifting us as it is better to give than to receive! Thanks again, John!

I think that's it also. Either they don't want to say anything yet or there is a lack of communication between the customer service team and the ones who make the big decisions... LOL

I'm not but I was talking to someone else the other day about the cruise and I think she said she was staying there. Is that right across from the port?

It's not by the port. It's right at the airport so you can get Disney Cruise line transportation, or you can rent a car one way from the airport car rentals.

Dear DVC cruise thread,

Let me clear up some confusion: I never asked for personal info from any of you as we respect everyone's privacy and would never want to compromise that. I asked for the FE list from Hollywood Glitter after she adds us 'latecomers' so that we can give out the 100+ gifts I have made. I don't care if the whole list gives us a gift back or not. I want Cathie to have the fun in giving all the gifts I have made. We make gifts every year for Salvation Army, the Angel Tree, the church, etc. as we love giving gifts (we volunteer and give a lot back to the community). She thinks I've made extra gifts for Give Kids the World (they partner with WDW and Make A Wish for terminally ill children) which I have, but what she doesn't know is that I have extra gifts for everyone on the FE list (in whatever format you want to send it). Sorry for any misunderstanding, John

If you aren't on the facebook page and wanna leave a vote let me know and so I can count it. Also I'm open to any suggestions for a 2nd location if necessary

As I mentioned previously we own at Bay Lake Tower and we were told last year when we stayed at the Contemporary with my parents that we were not allowed up at ToTW since we were not using our points there. Maybe things have changed for the member cruise, but IMHO I would feel more comfortable somewhere we know we can go like the lobby of the Grand Floridian with all the sofas, the 2nd floor of the Poly has that walk up Sushi bar where you can get food and drinks, a restaurant at DTD, a food court at one of the resorts, etc.

Please let me elaborate to those on the FE list for the sake of this 40th Surprise Birthday party I'm planning for my wife...

We are John Michael and Cathie in room 9526 celebrating her 40th birthday. I made up enough gifts for everyone as my wife has always wanted to be part of a FE. She has seen the pockets hanging from the FEs on the ships before and wanted to be a part of this one, but as usual I told her NO. I really didn't want to do them in the past. But, I told her I was planning her 40th for her and as a surprise I've gone to so much trouble to make everything perfect. And even though I was told by a friend I trusted the close date was the day I wrote on here, I'm hoping you can help me make this surprise birthday special. So even if you all don't have extra gifts I would still like for her to be able to drop off gifts in the pouches as part of my gift to her. She always wanted to do this and I don't want her to know I dropped the ball. I'm trying to do my best for my wife's surprise birthday and since I missed the date I know you all are under no obligation to give us anything... I just want my wife to be a part of this great DIS DVC FE and to think that I had done everything I was supposed to in the planning. She has planned every trip, party, event, etc. perfectly for 15 years. And I want this to be a Dream for her! Please help me, thanks, John
