OK... Savanah Studio. Jambo House or Kadidi ? What's best ??

I always describe Jambo House as the hustle and bustle of the resort. That is where Jiko, Boma and Mara are.

I always describe the Kidani side as a quiet, sleepy village. They have Sanaa restaurant there and they have an interactive pool area for kids.

It's really your preference, we have stayed on both sides and liked them both!

I really like Jambo house and that's what I usually book when it's DH and I or I'm with some DGFs and I'm interested in "value" villas. My next Jambo stay is with value villas in September.

However, when with the DGC we always book Kidani because of the "extra" bath in the 2 bedroom. Our next Kidani stay is in January for a 4 night weekend over the Marathon.

Thanks LeahA.... Two adults and we decided on Kadini Village. I can't believe we got a savanna view studio at the seven month mark.

Thanks Bobbi..... We are lucky we can do a studio..... it's just my bride and I on most trips. Our DS, DIL and DGD8 will be at Disney and DGD8 might spend a couple of nights with us to see the animals.

We might try Jambo house in the future but we are trying to stay at all the DVC villas at WDW. So far we love, love, love BWV. We also own at SSR so it's on our list to try after Aulani.

You will be happy with Kidani. I personally feel it has the better view of the savannah, better animal viewing from your room and the animals seem to come closer.

I enjoyed a savannah-view studio in Jambo House last year and absolutely LOVED it. I had the best of both worlds. A DVC unit and all the deluxe hotel amenities too. Plus, you just can't beat that lobby! WOW!

I prefer Jambo House, it has a better lobby and pool imho. I also like it's CS options. The rooms are bigger and better in Kidani but with a studio you won't notice much difference.

We have a value villa booked at Jambo in September, see you there Bobbiewoz.

I know that the Pembe savannah has had bad press here because there are no giraffes, but those red river hogs are fabulous to watch run and dance around. If you do have a preference, Pembe or Sunset, request a savannah to be on.
