Brumbie thats cool you guys are in cabins next to each other and now your sitting with them WAY COOL - just dont forget who to call and who has the bigger room when its time to party ! ( Our room is a HA room ! Come one down and say hi everyone Im thinking wine party and all hands on deck cheese and crackers platter on secret deck 7 at some point - ) anyone up to try and pick a night to get together on secret deck 7 ? They lock it after 7 - I do have a key but I think Disney would kill me if I let everyone out there Im sure it has camerasbut we `could do an evening somewhere on the ship OR a later evening in my room and leave the door open - Just sayin ! Bring your drinks and come on over ! let me know if your interested !would be fun !
However, I must warn you... If there are any children sitting at the same table as me, I will be making faces at them all evening long.
Also, we have the late dining.
I can't find our check-in time either. We have Disney transfers so they will get us there. Are most people going to try to eat lunch at Parrot Cay or BBB? I think I read that they send people to Parrot Cay until it fills and then direct people to BBB. Does anyone know if the food is different?
Hello, everyone! Happy New Year!
I am sorry to jump in on your thread, but was hoping someone would not mind doing some scouting for me? I will be on the April 29th cruise on the Wonder and am hoping to request a specific table, but cannot remember the number. If someone would not mind looking for it for me, I would most appreciate it if it is not too much trouble.
The best I can describe it is in Triton's when you walk in the front/main doors, it is the first table for 4 on your left. In Parrot Cay it is on your left maybe three or so tables in and In Animators it is down the main aisle on your left maybe the second or third table in. I think Triton's has the best description. I know it is in the 60's. This is the only table that I have come across for 4 that is on the aisle in all 3 restaurants and it would be really convenient for my DH who will be in a wheelchair.
If anyone would be willing to help me out, I would be most grateful. Thank you so much and I hope you ALL enjoy your cruise!!!
Yay for partying in Vegas!
I think you'll have a wonderful buffet at the Wynn... There isn't much at the Wynn that isn't super impressive.
As far as what I recommend, well, I'm a local and I live like a local, so we go to buffets as local casinos.
I'm pretty sure the best crablegs buffet is Friday at the Southpoint.
The Gold Coast usually has good steak night, but I don't remember what night that is, probably Wednesday.
I could go on, but y'all don't want to go those locals places, stay on the Strip!
Go to Imperial Palace and go to Hash House A Go Go. Only go there if you are very hungry.
The Mirage has the best burger place I have ever eaten in my life, but your meal will cost $20-25/person. (So worth it!) It's called BLT Burger.
If you like arcades, The New York New York has fun arcade games, and Circus Circus has a huge arcade/carnival games setup.
There is amazing Gelatto at the casino in CityCenter.
Avoid the gelatto at Planet Hollywood, it tastes like water.
The Bellagio has a great dessert place for all kinds of desserts.
That's about all the Strip advice I have.
Have fun!
