Thanks for the reassurance Cari. I hope they love the kids clubs and we don't have any problems. You all will be able to find me waiting in line to see the characters and princesses...if there is a long line you can bet we are in it.

I want to go to the meet. I am hoping it doesn't conflict with the consierge meet. I assume those who have cruised before are aware of this and plan it at a time that doesn't conflict.

I have become a wimp for cold weather, Sarah, so I can't imagine. It was 80 in AZ yesterday and we were in the pool. I'm sure the weather on the trip will be wonderful.

I am looking forward to the wonderful food and service.

Getting sooo excited.....have almost finished my FE gifts and have packed everyone but myself. It is so much easier for me to pack for everyone but me. I never know what to bring and end up bringing way to much. With the FE gifts and the little goodies I bring for my kids each night I have more bags than ever lol.

Some people on the FB group were talking about shuffleboard too - and that got me all excited IM SO PLAYING THAT THIS CRUISE I have been by it cruise after cruise and never taken advantage
also going to try the rainforest room one day - AHHhhhhhh heated stone loungers HERE I COME

Carol from special services called today My navigators and menus and everything else I will need that is in print is all downloaded on the book sense ( an audio device) for me and they recieved Denvers paperwork and cleared it ! Its all coming together now --- Headed to Wal Mart for last Min things

That's good news for you and Denver! Yay! BTW, in my signature it says 5 days until our first cruise, yet for Brumbie it says 4? How the heck do you get to board a day early? Are you going to be swimming out to the boat as it returns from Mexico? How in the world are we supposed to get any ice cream if you get on a day before us? Totally unfair.

HAHAHA...I haven't even thought about packing. Well I have thought about it, decided Disney doesn't sell enough princess shirts in adult sizes and then gotten back on the disboards. I have been secretly packing for the girls....

I started organizing my toiletries to pack yesterday. We finished up all our FE gifts and helped my dad finish his. I've picked out and organized all of the dresses I want to wear to dinners and laid out the shoes I want to pack. I dropped off Jesse's suit at the cleaners to pick up tomorrow. My mother in law is coming into town tomorrow to loan us her suitcases and then I can officially start to pack.

For those who are afraid of getting seasick...
I've never been one to get motion sick but I am really good at psyching myself into thinking that I'm sick when I'm not. I take motion sickness medicine every day on the boat "just in case" cause it makes me feel better. haha. I found that Bonine works much, much better than Dramamine. When I take Dramaine, it makes me all drowsy and cranky but Bonine doesn't make me feel anything. I start to take it 3 days before we leave, every day on the cruise, and then 3 days after we get back. On our last cruise we went through a storm with 10 foot swells and it didn't phase me at all.

That's good advice.
Personally, I've been on a good amount of boats in my day (used to live on the Puget Sound) and the only boat that makes me sick is that dang pirate boat at the carnival (I know you know what I'm talking about.)

However, my landlover wifey gets sick on the car ride to LA, so she needs to be able to work out a way to avoid getting seasick. I think I'll recommend her doing the same thing as you're doing, with the exception of afterwards, cuz I think it will be funny to watch her sway as she steps foot back on land like Jack Sparrow. (I'm such a goober! )

Oh, and if any of you are freaking out that you're not packed yet while some others are, don't worry about it. Packing is the last thing we will be doing before we leave for Cali. You are not alone.

Our first night back last time we were getting ready for bed and I turned off the lights and tried to walk over to my side of the bed and I almost fell over I was so dizzy! I had to hang on to side of the dresser to get myself over there! haha

Why is it when you think to yourself YEA I GOT TIME then you DONT !!!! I was pretty much packed but then I remembered I forgot my Formal Wear and My FE stuff ( duhhhh ) and so I started to re pack LOL I repacked ALL of my bags a different way so now I only have a couple of bags and a carry on - EVERYTHING IS CRAMMED in there but its all good ! Denver had to downsize on some of his stuff but I know he will be fine with what I have packed - The worst is all the dang dog food ! I have a huge ziplock FULL of food and it takes up quite a bit of space believe it or not !

ok so I waited till just now to pull out all of my FE stuff and organize when I realized my FE has been sitting under all of it and it is THRASHED ! lol Looks like somebody will be busy Fri or Sat night making a new FE

someone posted a GREAT cheat sheet for the FEs with the cabins guests on it going to try to go back and find it as Im sure the cabins without kids wont want crayons and color books LOL well ok * clears throat * Maybe MOST of the adults wont want them

Cari, just to let you know that cheat sheet is on page 25.. I bookmarked it, it was very helpful Oh no what happened to your FE?

You know I completed almost all my FE, but since I did it while ago, I had a mental note to get things for the men (adults) in our list... well I completely forgot, it my mind it was all done and ready... I remembered today, only after re-packing my stuff as well... now I am struggling to figure out what we can give to men (children and women are done and ready)... any ideas would be helpful! why did I forget!?!?!?!? smh

Is the limit only 2 luggage plus carry-on per adults?
