We have late dinner. Brumbie, you can make faces at our table. :scared1: Where do you find you're boarding time. I thought I found it once but I can't find it now.

If you log onto disneycruiseline and into your reservations...the boarding time will be in there...the one you signed up for. HTH

Brumbie thats cool you guys are in cabins next to each other and now your sitting with them WAY COOL - just dont forget who to call and who has the bigger room when its time to party ! ( Our room is a HA room ! Come one down and say hi everyone Im thinking wine party and all hands on deck cheese and crackers platter on secret deck 7 at some point - ) anyone up to try and pick a night to get together on secret deck 7 ? They lock it after 7 - I do have a key but I think Disney would kill me if I let everyone out there Im sure it has cameras  but we `could do an evening somewhere on the ship OR a later evening in my room and leave the door open - Just sayin ! Bring your drinks and come on over ! let me know if your interested !would be fun !

We have late seating, so we will definitely be watching for Brumbie faces :thumbsup2 I would request to sit with all of you, but our party is 11 (don't stress, 4 aren't participating in the FE ;) ) so I'm thinking we'll be lucky to all sit together? I have no idea how many the tables seat...

Our check-in time is 11:30- how early do we need to be there for that?

Sounds fun. It will be fun to feel like we know all the cool people on the ship :)

I can't find our check-in time either. We have Disney transfers so they will get us there. Are most people going to try to eat lunch at Parrot Cay or BBB? I think I read that they send people to Parrot Cay until it fills and then direct people to BBB. Does anyone know if the food is different?

We have the 815pm seating which is good for us. We are used to eating late. Only like 9 more days. We've been in Tahoe for the last three days to take the kids the sledding, but it is like Vermont in White Christmas with bing Crosby. No snow! Oh well, we went ice skating today and I took a might tumble on my last lap around the arena. Got a nice bruise that I can share with all of you at the adult pool!

Just catching up and I got to hand it to brumbie for putting a cool Disney spin on forum drama. Very entertaining!

I am told the buffet is the same at BBB and Parrot Cay - We have a 1030 check in but I will arrive a litte earlier - last year they boarded us second ( literally the second people on the ship ) because of Denver and so we could connect with our liaison Im sure it will be the same again this time :thumbsup2 when we travel to FL to cruise Disney we are generally put on right when they start boarding so I think its Disneys way for service dog users - gives our dogs longer to acclimate to the ship etc

9 sleeps then tomorrow will be 8 ! woo hoo cant wait

However, I must warn you... If there are any children sitting at the same table as me, I will be making faces at them all evening long. :crazy2:

Also, we have the late dining.

Awesome! We have second dining too. So if the kiddos get restless I will send them in your direction! Lol. Be prepared for some :upsidedow:crazy2::tongue:

I have eaten in both BBB and Parrot Cay the first day and I think the main difference is that in BBB it is self serve for everything and in Parrot Cay you get your food from the buffet but a server brings you drinks and I think dessert. Could be different now it has been 4 years since we sailed on Disney.

Just called DCL and asked for the movies playing. These are the ones playing now and they said will be for our cruise as well:

Toy Story 3
Tangled
Gnomeo and Juliet
I am Number 4
African Cats
Prom
Pirates of the Caribbean 4
Cars 2
Winnie the Pooh
The Help
Fright Night
Real Steel
The Muppets

Hello, everyone! Happy New Year!

I am sorry to jump in on your thread, but was hoping someone would not mind doing some scouting for me? I will be on the April 29th cruise on the Wonder and am hoping to request a specific table, but cannot remember the number. If someone would not mind looking for it for me, I would most appreciate it if it is not too much trouble.

The best I can describe it is in Triton's when you walk in the front/main doors, it is the first table for 4 on your left. In Parrot Cay it is on your left maybe three or so tables in and In Animators it is down the main aisle on your left maybe the second or third table in. I think Triton's has the best description. I know it is in the 60's. This is the only table that I have come across for 4 that is on the aisle in all 3 restaurants and it would be really convenient for my DH who will be in a wheelchair.

If anyone would be willing to help me out, I would be most grateful. Thank you so much and I hope you ALL enjoy your cruise!!!

I wouldn't mind helping you out, but couldn't you just call DCL- I imagine they would be more than willing to help you out- especially if your hubby is in a wheelchair.

Happy New Year everyone!!! Can't think of anything more exciting to do than spend a week relaxing on the open seas.

Only :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo: more days!!

Yay for partying in Vegas!

I think you'll have a wonderful buffet at the Wynn... There isn't much at the Wynn that isn't super impressive.

As far as what I recommend, well, I'm a local and I live like a local, so we go to buffets as local casinos.

I'm pretty sure the best crablegs buffet is Friday at the Southpoint.
The Gold Coast usually has good steak night, but I don't remember what night that is, probably Wednesday.

I could go on, but y'all don't want to go those locals places, stay on the Strip!

Go to Imperial Palace and go to Hash House A Go Go. Only go there if you are very hungry.

The Mirage has the best burger place I have ever eaten in my life, but your meal will cost $20-25/person. (So worth it!) It's called BLT Burger.

If you like arcades, The New York New York has fun arcade games, and Circus Circus has a huge arcade/carnival games setup.

There is amazing Gelatto at the casino in CityCenter.

Avoid the gelatto at Planet Hollywood, it tastes like water.

The Bellagio has a great dessert place for all kinds of desserts.

That's about all the Strip advice I have.
Have fun!

I guess I have done through the years a combination of Tourist/Locals activities, I realized that while I been to most of all the casinos, I havent tried many restaurants in Las Vegas, my father is not a big fan of eating out... Anyhow we had so much fun, thank you for your tips!!! :)

We are early sitting :)

Looking forward to the cruise, it is so close, being in Vegas for the past days has help me be distracted from the cruise because I am just too excited, I lose sleep just thinking about it and planning!! So yay!!! Next week at this time, we will be getting ready to board!! Yay... Hope everyone had fun last night :)
