I spoke to DCL today and along with a bunch of older released movies they will be playing Tangled and Tron as their most recent released movies. In 3D as well. I'm happy about Tangled. My girls will love to ge see that one. Tron...not sure what that one's about??

Pulled out the suitcases and started the Ziplocs (meds, candy, pens/highlighters, etc) today.....let the pack-o-rama begin!

hey so did i ...i got the ziplocks out and labeled all of them for eah day for each of us and what needed to go in them......no actual packing yet maybe tomorow.

I don't know that we will be able to make it to play cards. While our DD9 will probably be in the kids club most of the time, our DS who just turned 2 will be with us most of the time. He isn't really too big on sitting still for long at all!!

Yay, so excited about Tangled too!!! I've wanted to take DD to that as well but not sure I want to spend the money going to the theater yet since I have no idea if she'll sit through the whole thing. Anyone see it and know if it is "scary"? P.S. My daughter thinks fireworks are scary...

My DD(4) sat through it twice with no problem, but one of her little friends (age 6) hasn't slept through the night in a month. There are a few villain scenes that may frighten her if she's easily spooked. You should definitely see it yourself, though - it's cute.

Awesome, I have wanted to see Tangled and Tron. DW and kids went and saw Tangled over the holidays, but I was working. I thought there was a good chance Tangled would be playing but didn't realize or think about Tron being a Disney movie. It will be interesting to see how they remade Tron. Unless they changed plot or added more to Tron from what I remember it's probably more of a guy's SciFi flick.

Funny how out of the loop one can be..........
With my kids being teens coupled with DVR and fast forwarding through any and all comercials i barely know about these movies.
Cant wait to watch them though LOVE A GOOD DISNEY MOVIE!!!

We saw TOY STORY 3 on last cruise, awesome almost every one was crying at the end.....even the dad with his little son sitting next to me.

I can't tell you how many times I have forgotten and DD has the uncanny ability to do #2 right as we get on the plane. Those little bathroom are fairly impossible to fit an adult and toddler...especially a loud, squirmy one.

I LOVED Tron when the first one came out in the 80's! Must have seen it a million times. Can't wait to see this one, the special effects look pretty cool in the commercials...

Good morning everyone! I hope everyone is getting excited!

Excited: So I rearanged my bedroom furniture to keep me distracted but that didn't last near long enough. Work has me slightly distracted but not near enough. DH has been helping me with things like cutting out magnets, making the packign list etc. I don't know if I can wait 2 more weeks!!!

Movies: I am hoping to see both Tangled and Tron while onboard. I LOVED the old Tron and may have to find it before the cruise to watch and refresh my memory. I have yet to see Toy Story 3. With no theaters here and usually being so busy when we go to the city I usually don't see movies till either I buy the DVD or they come out on the movie channels. I think the last movies I saw in the theater were Twilight:Eclipse(3 times) and Charlie St. Cloud.

Ziplock Bags: Is there a size larger than the Large? That is all I can seem to find both here and in the city. I just can't see that holding my DD's Jeans and a shirt... There has to be a bigger size, right?

Packing: I have my odds and ends packed up, not organized the way I want, but in suitcases. The kids will be getting their summer stuff that isn't already packed, ready this weekend so I should have the majority or what I want to pack, packed. Dress clothes will be put in last I think. I also have to pack an extra bag for our time in the city but luckily that will just stay at my moms. It should be roughly -27°C when we leave.... Going from -27°C to +28°C is quite the packing challenge.

Look Who's Talking: Clearly I talk too much!!! Ok, I am restricting myself to one post a day and since this is my one post for today, all I can say is.... I CAN TALK ALL I WANT ON FACEBOOK!!! lol. I promise I do not talk alot in person! I am actually pretty shy when there is an actual person in front of me. You should have no problems chatting up a storm Kelli...lol

I hope everyone has a great day! Only 2 weeks and 2 days to sail! In 2 weeks I will already be 2 days into VACA!!!

the New Tron is not a remake of the old one, and Good luck finding the old one to watch before the new one. I did some research and it seems that Disney took it off the shelfs, they did not want the old movie to deter younger movie goers from seeing the new one.

Packing........i use the 2.5 gallon ziplocks bags......and yes it does help with room issues in suitcase for me too...

I don't know if this will help any of you, but when I was Christmas shopping with my husband we saw the Original Tron in UMD format for the PSP gaming system, at Future Shop for under $10.

It's currently listed as out of stock (of course), but it might be out there somewhere. We just saw the new Tron and it was pretty amazing. I enjoyed the original, but nowhere near as much as my husband did. I tried to convince him to wait until the cruise, but he was so excited when he saw the trailer months ago, I couldn't force him.

Speaking of coffee. Do they have all the fancy flavoured coffees for sale at cove cafe? Like the ones they have at starbucks. I tried to find a menu on the disboards but found nothing. I love those drinks. Maybe with a littl baileys!

They do have fancy stuff at Cove Cafe. Flavored stuff like at Starbucks and the really good stuff (ie Bailey's) too!!!

Ok... Todays post!

Happy 15 days till we sail!
I will be in Orlando 2 weeks from today! Will be nice to get out of this snow. We have a severe snow fall warning for our area. It snowed over 2 inches while I was in the office(2.5 hrs) this morning and hasn't stopped. It started snowing around 6 am this morning. I guess I may have to stay indoors this weekend and finish up getting ready to get out of this stuff! Hopefully I won't have to dig myself out though!

Ok, so the reason for my post:
Did anyone else look at their online itinerary and notice that their Palo reservations have changed from $15.00/person to $20.00/person? I know they were talking about upping the price but I would have thought that if you booked it when it was $15.00 it would stay $15.00. I guess they do things their own way. I have emailed Abraham and should have some more info on it for tomorrows post! Till then...

I haven't checked mine yet but they should honor the price at what it was booked...maybe if enough people complain they will do that....we are still going regardless...looking forward to it.
