I called today to add some stuff to my reservation and no pin codes were attached to my account as of yet but I was told it's a tad early. Keeping my fingers crossed they'll release something soon

Is it too much to hope for free dining??? Although the UK free dining for 2009 is only the CS plan unless you are staying at a deluxe. Correct? I wonder if all free dining next year will be only for the mods and deluxes.

Has anyone been to WDW in January before? Too cold for the water parks?

When I went in 2005, it was in the 80s 6 of our 7 days there... so no, not too cold for the water parks. But I was told that was an unusually warm week!

From what I've been told they have never done free dining in january but there's always a first!

I've never been in Jan so this will be our first visit too. Jump on the Jan 09 thread- we're chatting about the weather and packing right now. And yes I know it's still 4 months out and I shouldn't be worried about what to pack already but what can I say I'm obsessed.

I just booked for Jan 13-20. No code yet but I HAD to book as my flights dropped by $100 a person, saving us $300!!! $109.50/person each way - that is SO much cheaper than it's been in our area!!!

And we were JUST in time - turns out we got 3 of the last 4 seats at that price (and I was able to confirm this on Sun Country's website!)

If you are waiting for cheap Jan flights, this is the second airline that I looked at that had dropped their flights, but they are NOT going to last!

We'll be there Jan 2-9...........No codes yet, but soon. I saw that a few got email for free dinning in Dec. , so you never know, could have it in Jan too. Let's all cross our fingers!

Please help me understand.... If I book a package with AAA and a code comes out for the time we are going can AAA apply it? What would make it so they couldn't apply it? I have AAA and Disney Visa... We are looking at going Jan 25-31st..... thanks

I booked through AAA too. If you get a code they will apply the code but you won't get the AAA room discount.

My AAA agent told me she'll apply whatever benefits me the most so if the code is more beneficial she'll take off the AAA discount. I have the disney visa too so here's hoping we get a code soon!

Ok a real newby here but I know you have to subscribe to get codes but can someone tell me how and what to do for sure. We are going to DW Jan 2-9 staying at PORS. Any suggestions woul dbe greatly appreciated. Also, how do I get the countdown line on my posts. Everyone elses all look so neat and mine are so plain still.........Thanks in advance

Welcome! You can change your signature by heading into your User CP (control panel). I made my countdown at **************. They had lots of banners to choose from Usually if you see one you like on someone's post you can click on it and it will take you to the site where they made it. Good luck!

The only code I've ever used is for free dining in September. Never a pin code.

Question: If pin codes ARE attached to your name, are they only there for a limited time? Is that why you keep calling to check?

The pin codes have a time limit associated with them. I called and had a code good for October-December for discount on a package. But I'm not even in the country then, so I couldn't use it. The CM I talked to told me to keep trying, especially closer to October. He said it's always possible that I'll get another code that I can use in January. Here's hoping!
