Good morning code watchers! Has anyone even been emailed a code? I've been looking at all my junk email, just to be sure, but nothing . Maybe Monday?

As I said earlier, I was e-mailled a PIN, not a code though.

Ok I'm joining this morning crew of code watchers!! I called the evening the AP and FL disc codes came out and there were NONE available You guys are fast!! So I'll be up bright and early with my coffee obsessing over this thread waiting for a code I can use on Marathon weekend.

I'm not surprised you knew! There have been so many reports of CM's getting details wrong that I wouldn't be surprised if she got this one wrong, too.

I am thinking that the CM was confused. . . At least that's what I hope!

We always fly SW and this is the only way that I remember using ME. We last went to Disney in Nov. 2007 and we had to get our lugguage and bring it to the ME check-in. They loaded it onto the bus and then brought it to our resort later. It made me feel a little more at ease just knowing that it made it to Orlando and then made it on the bus. Hope this helps.

Why did you have to get your own luggage? Didn't they send you the yellow ME tags for your bags before you left? We have never had to get our own luggage, with SW or any other airline. . .

On late January 2008, I did NOT pick up my luggage from the SW baggage claim and it turned up in my room exactly as expected within a few hours. I am confident Disney or its contractors have always and will continue to deliver ME luggage arriving from SW airlines. I believe the ME contract with the airport requires all yellow-tagged luggage to be picked up by Disney ... it has nothing to do with the airlines, that requirement is between MCO and Disney.

We did not pick ours up in May either. That's why I figured this is something that is brand new or the CM was just confused. . . I think you are right. As long as Disney sends us the yellow ME tags then they are going to pick up the luggage regardless of the airline. Hopefully anyway!

Try again - I had the same thing happen the morning of and then the next day - they had them.

Hey Everybody, checking in once again. I didn't think anything would come out today, but I desperately want to be proven wrong The waiting is getting harder, so I changed my Avatar again! I have Toby Juan with O'Malley (yes, named after the alley cat from the movie). Our sweet loving O'Malley sadly is no longer with us, he is resting in cat heaven. Back on topic, bring on those codes, oh great cat gods!!!!!

For everyone wondering about applying for the Disney Visa: If you go to disneyworld.com, there's an "instant credit" link that says Apply and use it right away. So my guess is that you can, in fact, apply once a Visa code comes out and book a vacation right away without waiting the 2 weeks to get the physical credit card. Of course, that's just a guess, but it seems to make sense to me!

Just checking back in once again! Nothing yet I see. What are the chances that something will come out during the day? Is is usually just in the AM? I am really hoping for a Disney Visa code. We are currently booked at WL for January 24-31, but would love to be able to swing the Poly or just save some money somewhere!!!

We are going to Disney World Jan. 8th-15th for our honeymoon. We just got marrired a week ago We are waiting a bit for the honeymoon.

I've got a question. I made all of my reservations through my AAA agent, and when a code comes out do I need to call her to have it apply or can I call it in myself? I havn't looked too hard yet, but I haven't came across an oversall room/package confirmation number. I have all of my dining confirmation numbers, but havn't come across any other numbers. What would be easiest???

Congratulations! Where do you plan on staying? Any resort will be great! I, too like everyone else here am waiting for SOMETHING-any kind of discount. Not sure on your AAA ??s-I would call your agent & ask them. Have a great time-enjoy yourselves as adults & someday if you have children (and you are able to take them to Disney) you will be able to experience it through their eyes!

Congratulations on your marriage! As for your reservation, you have to have your agent apply any codes that come out. Your AAA agent (and this applies to any travel agent) "owns" your reservation - Disney doesn't have it in its regular reservation system (it only knows that the room/package is booked). Disney won't have your info available until a few days befor eyour arrival.

Hope you had a magical wedding and will have a magical honeymoon!

I have been waiting and wondering what to do. So I just booked 2 rooms with AP discount with dining. I feel better now. It really helped my anxiety over this waiting. So now if there is a better code I'll use it. If not, I got a great rate anyway.

I'm still waiting for a code, but I'm really excited because I've been watching for an MK view room at the Contemporary for one night at the beginning of our trip, and nothing has been available, but tonight I got one!!! This is a huge dream of mine, to stay in the Contemporary, so I'm REALLY excited! Now, if I could get a 40% code off my 5 nights x 2 rooms at the AS, it would pay for the one night at the Contemporary!!

We're in Belleville (about 2 hours east of you). I am so jealous that you're in Toronto....I love, love, LOVE that city. My family thinks I'm nuts...they are small-town people at heart.....but I would be in the great Metropolis in a heartbeat if I could just convince hubby to relocate.

Congrats on securing a night at the Contemporary! An MK view......all right!! Looks like a fantabulous resort. We're still waiting on a code that we can apply to our ressie at POR....but hoping that the incentive is really, REALLY good so maybe we can upgrade to WL instead. It looks so beautiful there!!!

How much does Disney advertise it's discount codes? I just got an e-mail advertising the DMK rate through December.

Since that code's been out for a while, I wonder if they're still having trouble filling the rooms? If so, I wonder how the discount will be for January!

I had a nap this afternoon and had this really vivid dream that they released the codes, and were selling off values at 39.night mods were 69-89/nt, WL and AK was 119/nt and all other deluxe were 149/nt for the month of January. LOL.
I woke up thinking 'OMG I gotta phone - I want the GF for 149/nt' and started towards my phone, and realized I had been dreaming. Quite a downer. LOL.
