Add me to the list of people with their alarm going off at 3:50am.

I am working on a $2000 budget at this point for the week, and if I can fit a deluxe into that, i will.
Right now I am paying
$940 for 7 nights for our room (POFQ AAA rate)
$440 for tickets (already have them, but can toss them on ebay and use the $$)
$550 for food (maybe less, but that is with all the places I want to eat).

That is $1930

If I can do a deluxe for that I will, but then again I keep thinking "wow I could save a lot of money staying put in a mod too!".

FYI.........I was told by the CM I spoke to that anytime they offer deals...it does not include ANY suites. I was thinking of the ASMu suite and she said that would not be included.

This is NOT true.

I had a AAA discount on the family suite in August and I've read of other disers getting discounts on the suites. It may have been the case when they were first available but I've read of many folks getting discounts recently.

The deals come out when CRO opens at 7am Disney Time.

I love it...Disney Time. Doesn't that sound much better than Eastern Standard Time? Maybe we could propose legislation to get that changed.

So, how crowded do we think it's gonna be with the "biggest deal ever!" I'm hoping that it will truly be spread out over the first 1/2 of the year. That way the crowd that a huge deal is going to draw will be spread out. I chose January for less crowds. But, I can deal with a few more people to save a lot of $$

OMG, there is NO WAY I'm going to sleep tonight! Not, only is this huge deal coming tomorrow but Southwest is opening the schedule tomorrow through May (I think) and I can buy plane ticket for the anniversary trip DH and I are taking in March!! YIIIIPPPPEEE SKKKIIIPPPEEEEE!!

We have a family suite booked already, too, and the only thing that scares me about connected rooms is that they are not guaranteed.

We want to put my DSis in a room with my DS1 & DD4, but she's not crazy about the idea if we wouldn't be able to hear if one of them woke up. Personally, I don't see the problem with that!

Yikes, I didn't realize that. I might have to rethink. It makes me nervous to have 2 teenage girls with too much freedom.

Aren't their suites at some of the Mods? Maybe the discounts will be good enough that I can switch to one of those. (wishful thinking?)

I have always just booked room only so not sure how a package works.

For 2009 dates you only get a 7 day hold.

Disney's never released a code that late. Why would they do it tomorrow. I could see noon, but nothing later then that.

omg i can't wait this is soooo exciting! i told you all things come to those who wait! and we've been such good little mickey's and minnies Anyway, here's my thinking...... if mousesavers says this is gonna be a HUGE deal than it's gotta be like free dining and free park tickets or something really really big that we've not seen yet ya know! In the other thread, Mary from Mousesavers also posts her source says the code will be released at the somewhat odd time of 5 p.m. as the poster above indicates as well.

I do believe if you have minor children that they guarentee you connecting rooms.
