Marcelo,
Judgeing from that address, I'm guessing your image resides on your computer's hard drive. To show photos on the internet, the photos need to be uploaded (made to reside) onto a server.
In otherwords;
- you need to open an account on a web server,
-transfer the image(s) you wish to put on the internet to your account
-Then link to them when making your post.
(This really isn't hard, once you get used to it!

)
There are many web servers that offer some free access.
One is Photobucket.com. I have used them and it seems pretty good.
As an example, I took a photo in "England" during April's Flower & Garden Show. From my PC, I went to Photobucket.com, openned a free account, uploaded it to my account. From your photobucket.com page - once you've uploaded (transferred) an image, it will give your the image insert information.

then if I push the yellow button while making a post, and paste that URL into the "enter the text to be formatted" area (which basically just automatically puts the hmtl coding of "IMG" around your URL - that should 'insert' the image in your post.
