Jan 08 - Park hopper upgrade??

I thought I read somewhere, but now can't find that this past Jan, a park hopper upgrade was offered free to resort guests? Was this true? Does anyone recall that type of offer being made at other times of the year. I would love to have something like this available during our trip in 09. Wishful thinking!

The code we used last year got us a room discount (15% I think) and free ticket upgrades to add the Park Hopper and Water Parks & More options. I'm crossing my fingers that they'll have the same deal this year. Or I'd take a 40% discount instead.
