Hi Lise,
I'm Colleen with Eric (OldPyrate), looking forward to the cruise and meeting everyone!

Colleen:dumbo:

Welcome Colleen.

I hear we have the same anniversary. I kidnapped my hubby for our first Disney Cruise in honor of our 10th Anniversary. Now we're on our 20th Anniversary and cruise #6.

pirate: I agree that Pirate Night trumps Anniversary dinner. Since it's our 20th, my plan is to double-dip. Palo on the 2nd and Remy on the 4th. :woohoo:

Hi everyone!

I'm so glad I found this forum! I can't even express how excited we are for this trip!!!

My name is Laci, my husband Eric and our beautiful two year old will be taking our very first cruise with you all!!! Actually our daughter, Ella, will be turning two on the ship. Her birthday is September 3rd, this is our gift to her...and ourselves. Eric's mother will be joining us as well, not her first cruise but her first Disney cruise. She still laughs about the fact that I got her son to be a Disney fan :-)

I'm still trying to gather as much information as I can about what we can expect, as much time as I have with a little one running around...so I guess I'm kind of looking for someone to give me any type of info they have. We're doing the Concierge One Bedroom Suite with Verandah, the doctor that delivered Ella said it was the best way to cruise..his a huge Disney fan...but I wanted to hear if anyone else had any kind of experience with this suite and what they thought.

I'm also looking forward to meeting everyone! We are so excited...I'm counting down the hours!!!

Thank you!

Laci Stone

Hi and welcome :)

You are best off by posting your cabin number, people in the cabin, ages and genders of kids (and sometimes adults)

Hope that helps :)

I don't know about the 1bdrm suite, but welcome to the group

The 1 bedroom suites are really nice! I've only doing Cat V in concierge but its just 2 of us so space isn't much of an issue. We just enjoy the access to the sun deck and being right next to the spa.

There is lost of info on this site about the suite. Your going to have a great time. Have you made reservations yet at the nursery and at Palo and Remy? Also, I went once when my son was very young too and you can't use the pools unless they are potty trained no swim diapers. But the fantasy does have nice splash area that your little one can play in. Also, because of that I signed up for a nice inclusive resort at one of our stops. It was very nice.

Wed had talked about closing the :goofy: Goofy FE either 6/30 or 7/15.

I'm thinking 6/30. That gives us about 2 months to get our gifts together. Should be enough time if people are ordering things, etc.

We would love to join this group as well. We have two rooms 9049 and 9079.
9049 room has Mom=Angelina 12yr girl=Isabelle 12month old boy= Christopher

9079 room has Dad=Christopher 9yr girl=Savannah 4yr boy=Keegan

This is our first cruise ever "EXCITED" we are a blended family and hope to make new memories together. Our son will celebrate his first birthday on the cruise 9/4.

I have spent the last few days reading multiple blogs and pinterest post gathering information to make this a wonderful experience for all of us. When I ran across the term fish extender and we are looking forward to the new experiences this trip will bring. pirate:

:welcome: StoneFamily2014 :welcome:

The Stone Family - DW Laci, D Eric, DD2 Ella and Eric's mother

You'll all love your first Disney Cruise.

We'll all be excited to help Ella celebrate her special day. A pirate night birthday... how fun! pirate:

We're doing a FE Gift Exchange and would love you to join in the fun :cheer2:
All I need is your mother-in-law's frist name, your cabin number and an email to send the final list.

Everyone will be glad to help you with ideas to make your cruise easy and fun. I'll give you one quick packing tip. Take Ella's daytime outfits and pack them in ziplock bags. Then you can just grab a baggie and know that you have all the pieces and everything will match just as perfectly on day 7 as day 1. And your photos will be all be picture perfect!

Hi everyone! I haven't checked our thread in so long. I'm going to be honest... it has gotten a little intimidating to me (106 pages! Holy cow!). Is anyone else traveling with a toddler? My son will be 3 by the time we sail. We aren't sure if we'll be doing excursions... anyone else in the same boat?

:) Getting so so excited!! :cool1:

Hey all! For those signed up for the Private Mixology Class please see the link below for the list and take a moment to confirm you details. Folks with missing information are highlighted. If y'all could get that to me as soon as you can that would be greatly appreciated! I am trying to get this list over to DCL so if your names/stateroom number are correct simply write confirmed below..thanks! If you have any updates just shoot me a PM... :)

If you already have confirmed on FB then just ignore it!

:wave2: HI

I have a younger toddler. DS will be just shy of 2 when we sail. In terms of excursions we are all spending the day at Chakanaab in Cozumel and in Grand Caymen we booked a private tour to go out to the Sting Ray sand bar. We booked privately since DCL has a more restrictive age requirement.

My DH and I are doing a shorter excursion in Jamaica while the kiddies are in the Club/Nursery respectively. :cool1:
