HI All!!!
So this weekend was pretty good. The weather totally sucked so we were not able to get out on the bikes. But that is okay. We needed some rest and we need to get planning for WDW. We went to the inlaws' to try and figure out if they want to do any PS. So we looked at menu after menu....my MIL is NO help!!!! So I am going to plan this my self....I planned where we want to eat, now I just need to get the email off to Penny with
Dreams Unlimited. I am hoping to get that done tonight!
For some reason I wanted to give it all up this weekend. I don't know what made me do it, but I got on the scale and still nothing. I am so tired of seeing nothing. But I didn't. I kept on and then when I got to work I started reading journals. I knew that I was going to do it this time. I won't quit!!! Not this time!
Friday
B at 5:30 1 yoplait yougurt
S at 8:30 8oz smoothie
L Qdoba chicken with wheat tortilla and salsa. Skipped the cookies. I wanted one though. I took it home to DH!
S 8 oz smoothie
D at 7:00 I brought some chicken home from lunch, they were going to throw it away! I heated it up in the microwave and that was dinner!
Saturday
B at 7:30 1 yoplait yourgurt
S skipped
L turkey and cheese sandwich
D 3 slices of turkey, 3 slices of cheese and 4 crackers
Sunday
B at 8:30 1/3 cup cereal with 1/3 cup milk Wow got up a little late!
S skipped
L at 1:30 2 turkey hotdogs
S skipped
D at 7:00 5 slices of bacon
I drank tons of water. That is the only thing that I don't track on the weekend all that well. I know that I got down 2 quarts though.....
Well I better get back to work. It is a crazy day here!
