Question for all the AKl transportation experts: For a 9:30 breakfast at Ohana, is it better to take the bus to AK then to the Poly or bus to MK then monorail to the Poly or should I just take a cab? If we take the buses how long will it take? Thanks!

By the way, got some email from Don today regarding 2007 layout for the lodge (was trying to get info for a possible trip in Feb.).

Apparently they're going to a two-tiered concierge room setup. Basically just the "standard" size as well as the normal "deluxe" size. No mention about cost, but he did say that they've already gotten some reservations for 2007, so someone is getting it done somehow (I was unable to get the Disney Travel site to let me see anything if I arrived past Dec. 30 this year).

Heh, and he "cannot confirm or deny" any rumors about DVC space at the lodge.

I know I can't believe we are going to be there so soon!!!! I feel like I have so much left to do. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I still need to call private dining and set something up through them, order a basekt through Peg, book a towncar, order a birthday cake through GF Private dining, pack, see if I can find any more doo dads for the trip (not like I'll use them), order my sun-block, get some more memory cards for my two cameras, oh and the list goes on!!!!

it was 'too big' for your A-V-A-T-A-R (which goes UNDER yor user name), not your S-I-G-G-I-E (which goes at the bottom of each post).....dementia, BE GONE....

ok I'm doing one big post here again to catch up with todays going ons! Wow seems like a lot of people are thinking about February trips. I'm looking at some time towards the end of January and before Valentines day to make a winter break trip. Maybe some fellow Wild Bunch/Jamboers will be there at the same time!

BensMom That is so awesome you guys live that close. I know I would be eating dinner at AKL at least once a week. I always love to hear things about WDW so I always appreciate a report.

LAWalz23I would do a cab just for the ease of transportation. If I had to bus it I would go to MK and then monorail. The busses will be more frequent in the am going to MK vs going back to the Poly from AK.
