I keep hearing that Jambo is closed. My check in is tomorrow July 5th and I still haven’t received a reservation change. I called the reservation line and they said to call DVC since that’s who the reservation was through. I called DVC but due to me renting the points they couldn’t assist me since I’m not a member. Anybody have any thoughts?

Did you contact the person or business you rented the points from? They should be able to access the reservation for you, I believe.

It would help if you could provide us with a few more details on if you are going tomorrow and how you plan to arrive at the resort.

Did you look at your resort details in MDE as that is where you might see a resort change? DVC Member Services can only talk to the member and the phone CM is correct the refer you to MS for a DVC.

In your case, if you plan to check-in tomorrow then just show up and they will let you know where you have been relocated for your stay.

If you are traveling via MDE, they will know where your reservation has been moved and take you there.

There has already been one report of a renter who showed up and was moved to Kidani.

From what it seems, owners are called but if they dont get the call and to call back, they may not want to Wait on long holds.

You'll probably be at Kidani Village. Jambo House won't even be open.
