We booked our flight down to FL!!
We are going Wednesday morning (getting in around 9am), so hopefully that will give us enough time! I plan to ship as much as I can down to my mom's best friend that lives close-by, then do a shopping trip for snacks, assemble and deliver the welcome boxes and then relax and take it alllll in!

Now we just need our flight to Hawaii and we're good to go!

Yay So exciting, looks like you will have plenty of time to get everything you need done before the wedding.

Hi there! Just tuning into your planning journal...your engagements pictures turned out great!

My step-mom also had issues dealing with the Swan & Dolphin. They told her one thing, and then another...at one point she was also told that they were all booked up my wedding weekend...which happened to be a complete lie. We were going to do a room block there to give guests an option other than the Disney resorts but after the crap she dealt with from them we're not even mentioning them.

I inquired on doing a block there also, but they made us guarantee at least 10 rooms (not nights but rooms), and with our guarantee through Disney already, we just couldn't guarantee 10 more rooms there. Oh well I guess! Their loss now!

Hopefully!! I've seen other people go down a lot earlier so I hope we're able to get everything done on Weds so we can relax Thursday and enjoy being in disney with our guests!!

Just wanted to report that I just bought our flip flops for the shoe check!! I did get them from Old Navy, I got an email today for 25% off - code TREAT (on their website too so it's not a secret code! haha) But I got 28 pairs of flip flops for $69 with tax and shipping! I got mostly white and silver, then today I noticed they had a light pink color available in a few sizes so I threw in 5 pairs of the pink. Excited to get that checked off my list!!

My posts might be getting a little random these days, with things being crossed off the list out of order!! We told both of our families we aren't going to exchange gifts this year for Christmas, our funds are tight and so is everyone else's as they buy their plane tickets and reserve their rooms etc for the Wedding! Of course we will still get gifts for the kiddos, DFs two nieces and my nephew. My sister wants me to get my nephew some modern looking high-chair that converts to a real chair as he gets older? I'm not sure. So since we're getting that for him, she told us she would purchase our custom koozies for us! One less thing to have to save for!

AND two of my fabulous bridesmaids just emailed me, they want to throw me a bridal breakfast in my honor in WDW the morning of the wedding!! I'm super excited to see what they come up with! They won't give me details other than they will invite all of the BM's, my FG, my mom, DF's mom and DF's gram. I told them hair & makeup is coming at 11:30 so we need to get back to the room before then. They know I hate surprises but I at least know it's happening and I'm sure they won't go wrong!! yay!

I also made DF and I a reservation for Thursday night before the wedding at Cape May. I added it to our website saying we made the reservation at 7pm on Thurs and if anyone wants to join us, they can make their own reservation and we'll ask to sit near each other. I also added a meet-up Thurs night at Martha's Vineyard. Hopefully this will work out and everyone will be able to find it! We love going there as its usually so quiet and quaint

My sister's 5 yr anniversary is on my wedding day, so when I told her about the breakfast she said she had to talk to her husband, as they were going to have breakfast together to celebrate. I was upset at first she might miss it, but I quickly got over it and told her she can skip it and come later if she wants, no biggie!! Trying to be a carefree bride here!

Ok, LOVE your e pics!!! So, so pretty! I really like your photographer's style....that last wedding (with the couple and their pug was stunning). Your pics were so soft and stylish...I could never pull that hat off, so props to you!!! Also side note--your hair is so pretty!

I am also really enjoying the invites. I like that your not using the cards/pockets, but something a little different. I've heard nothing but great things about Impression. My MOH's SIL used them for her disney wedding and so did her other SIL for her non-disney wedding and they both loved them!!! In fact, she gave me a hard time about not using Impressions

Last, but not least, a great deal on the flip flops! I'm interested to see how your BEO turns out....I hope we get ours around the first week or so in December.

Thanks Justine!!! We love love love our photographers!! They are very sort of artistic rather than your typical photographers and we are so excited to see what their take on Disney is! I loved their last wedding with the cute pug- amazing!! Thank you! The hat is not normally something I'd wear but she asked me to bring it and I think it ended up being a fun prop! Someone even commented what a stylish couple we are!

I am loving Impressions so far, I've only talked to Amanda but she is so sweet! I really enjoy emailing with her!

YES! My flip flops shipped today and I am pumped to get my hands on them!! Just got our Floral BEO and I'm about to flip out. hahaha I'll post it below!
