Here is what we did this past May 26th for our 10 year intimate VR
Total people involved
Bride, Groom, DD (age almost 3), DD (age 4), AuPair (20) = 5
Brides Mom, Grandma, and Uncle = 3
Brides Sister, neice and nephew = 3
Brides Cousin and her husband = 2
13 total (under old rule of 8 guests with additional fee for up to 5 more)
Arrive Wednesday - meet with EM, giver her pew bows, etc.; get dressed pressed in my room
Dinner off property with firends and relatives, Boardwalk afterwards and ordered kitchen sink from Beaches and Cream
THURSDAY - get up ealry for hair and makeup person to be at my room in preparation of MK portrait session.
Get pictures taken
Meet at the resort with guests for limo to take us to WP (it didn't exactly work out that way but that was the plan, limo didn't come wnd we all dorve over to wp)
SERVICE at 10:00 - it was beautiful

Limo takes guests to GF for cake cutting and toast, and dancing (violin)

That was our day!
I thought about getting together for fireworks that night but thought we would be tired since we got up so early for th MK shoot - I'm glad I made that decision becasue we were tired!
The next day everyone went to the parks, we met up at the Castle and had lunch there.
We had dinner reservations at V&A for our actual 10 year anniversary.
