I've got a question for the experts about incentives

My mother and I have decided we will do an add-on at the beach club but she is wanting to wait a couple of months. Do those of you that have been around for several of the openings think they will stop the incentives to buy before June or do you think it will stay that way until they actually can do closings? I don't want to miss out on the $5/point off just to wait a couple of months. I'm not sure why she is wanting to wait since all we have to do is put down a down payment until June but since we bought together I feel like I should wait.

I'm sure they'll be some type of incentive offered, there always is, but the current $5 off won't be as much help after June since the per point price is rising $5 in June.

Oh I will definitely buy before the end of May. I may be willing to wait out of courtesy for a while but not that long. I'm not going to pay $80/point when I can pay $70. I just wanted to make sure the incentive wouldn't go away before June since they seem to be selling so good.
