The flights are booked - Virgin from Gatwick, VS27 out, VS16 back

The accommodation is booked

The Gatwick Hilton family room and parking is booked for the night before we fly out is booked

Just Towncar transfers, APs and Insurance to sort out

I'd love to hear about the Hilton Family room after your trip, we're flying from the North Terminal (BA) next time we go so have chosen to stay off the airport.

We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside

Last October we stayed in a family room at the Hilton. They are very posh. There is a double and two single beds in the room, and a very large bathroom. There's also a mini-bar, but one look at the prices and your heart will stop!

Yep my heart did stop at the price of the Hilton family rooms! LOL Annoyingly we can have an infant in a double/triple room OR a child but not both, little irritating really as that then forces you into a family room which is nearly double the price!

POR is lovely - we stayed there for a week last October and loved it so much we just had to go back

The family room at the Hilton wasn't too expensive really (just the minibar!), especially as the price includes 15 days parking. It does start the holiday off with a touch of luxury
