the moisture in your nose freezes into tiny, little icicles the minute you walk out.

And it makes little tinkling noises when you breath in & out. It's like your own personal mini chime.
 
I remember living in Mass. walking to school and developing dangerous nose hairs. It was so cold that the hairs inside your nose would freeze and then if you rubbed your nose, they would stick into the flesh inside your nose and draw blood. And yes, it happened on quite a few occasions.
 
I always thought that was so cool as a kid. We are supposed to be in the 40's today!
 
I hate when that happens!!! Yesterday I went out and my hair was still a little damp (don't tell my mother;) ) and it froze!!!
