It is still hot in early October but WAY less humid! We have been end of July and first of September and from our experience you will be able to tell a huge difference CD is crowded for October but still not Aug crowded

Well, tomorrow is my ADR day.

We are on quick service plan, so only making 3 ADR's. We will eat at non- reservation places the other nights if we feel like it - Crew's Cup, the lounge at Brown Derby, etc...

Via Napoli - 8:15

California Grill - 7:30

Captains Grille (breakfast) - 10:15

Got Via Napoli - 7:45 (went earlier so we can walk out and watch Illuminations our first night)
Captain's Grille - 10:00 (breakfast)
California Grill - 7:45 (wanted to finish before 10:00 Wishes that day so we can walk and get on Beach Club bus at MK before crowds)

Hi all! Our first trip is 10/19 - 10/25 staying at Wilderness Lodge!! I've already read so much helpful information on this site and having just made my ADRs it really official! Question I got appointments at BBB and PL for the kiddos but am not thrilled with the times, any recommendations on how far out to try again assuming there might be some cancellations?

Looks amazing!! Made a Beaches & Cream reservation today. Have to try it!!

Hey fyi you don't have to have a B&C reservation to get the Mickey Kitchen Sink It's available as a take out item (since you get to keep the mickey sink) at Beaches & Cream or the Ice Cream Parlour on Main Street in MK!

You just need a reservation for the REAL kitchen sink! The crazy huge one. Since it's only available in restaurant because the bowl is not a take home item!

Made my one and only ADR today! Managed to snag a 5:50 reservation for Be Our Guest on our last night It was the ONLY night that still had tables available.

Considering making reservations for Sci Fi Dine In Theater as a surprise for my husband to be. He loves sci fi and I like the theme of the restaurant. Has anyone eaten there before? How's the food?

When it gets closer try and get a FP+ for lunch at BOG! It doesn't count against your 3 FP+ either! (Yes I hear it's going to unlimited but the lunch is separate anyways!)

And I agree about SciFi. Me and my kids really like it so we ate there both times. First time we had a whole car cause my parents were with us. Second time it was just us so we had 2 "aunties" stuck in the back of the car with us. That was a little weird. It was funny cause the waiter called them our crazy aunties every time he came to the table.

The food is okay, not out of this world (lolz). I have heard good things about the picnic burger. The DBF made a request to eat there again this trip as its just such a fun and unique atmosphere. I can't remember what we ate the last trip but it was enjoyable. You can always decide to just go in for dessert too if you don't want to have a meal there. You can't go wrong with the ice cream sundae and you still get to experience it!

Congrats on BOG! I'm hoping that by the time October rolls around that FP+ for lunch will be open to everyone(I've heard that they are clamping down on not allowing people to book it who aren't officially invited)
