I started on the second sock last night. And now I'm already half done. I can't belive how quick it's going when this is the first pair of socks I have ever knitted. It is easier than I first thought.
Tomorrow I have to go and buy more yarn and some new needles in size US 4 (3,5 mm) so I can start on a new bigger pair.
I sent a new e-mail to the medicine goverment (I'm not sure what you would call them in english) to get the letter I need, but I haven't recived an reply yet. Hopefully it will all turn out well in the end.
I have also decided that I will take some knitting with me in my handluggage on the plane so I have something to do on the 9 hour flight over to the US.
