It's Never too late to check National rates...

Sorry that I am still so confused. But, I certainly dont want any problems when I am trying to get to WDW. :flower:
So, can I go staight to my car if I need to show my Entertainment coupon? Or will I still need to stand in line at the counter in the airport?
Anyone know? Thanks for the help Christine.

Sorry again for being so confused. :confused3

Thank you, thank you!! Now I got it.

Christine- If you go to National web there is a coupon for the Entertainment coupon. You print it out an use it even if you do not have an entertainment book. The coupon number is 10009123. This is the coupon the above post said you can just take with you when you go get your car.

Kris- It depends which entertainment book coupon you use. There are several- If you use the $20 off coupon (#10009123), you go straight to your car.

If you use the coupon for an free upgrade to a better car, you must go to the counter.

Hope this helps clear things up :sunny:

Oh, sorry if I confused anyone even more.

I was using the word "counter" VERY loosely :sunny: . When I booked my car through Emerald Isle (using the Entertainment Coupon), I was told that I would need the coupon to present to the "booth agent" upon exit. So, you do need the coupon--you just don't have to go to the counter. Sorry.

Yes you need your coupon! Where you take it depends on what type of coupon it is. If it's to upgrade to a higher level car, then you MUST go inside to the counter. If it's for money off ($20) you select your car and drive to the kiosk to leave. At the kiosk is where you make your transaction. You give them the paperwork hang tag, your ID, CC, EA card, and coupon and confirmation. Out of everything you hand them, the coupon is what they will ask for if it's not there. Often mine is stapled to the back of my confirmation and on many occassions, the clerk has said, "where's the coupon?", then I tell her where to look. At this point, you can also ask for a map if you need one. You will need your hang tag info when you return your car, so stick it in your glove compartment.
