Happy Monday Morning my friends! I have been trying to stay up to date with you all as much as possible.

. The weather here in Orlando has been wonderful the last two days. Could not have ask for anything more.
...off-topic, but plase say an extra prayer for my DS, who needs a major procedure done on his heart this Tuesday....he'll be going to a specialist at Mount Sinai in NYC....
Kim I don't know how I missed this.

You can count on prayers tonight and Tuesday too. One of my very best friends had this done a few years ago. She is a nurse practioner and she was pretty nervous about the procedure. However, she felt she worried about nothing. She spent the night in the hospital, took the rest of the week off on sick leave only because she had a lot to use. She works full time, goes to the gym five days a week, runs 10 and 12 k races and is so healthy and happy she had it taken care of.
How hot is the food?? Not a fan of spicy. Now, the beer.....
And, I think it is only 16 days!
Your f&w trip is getting so close. I am so excited for you all to get together. Also happy to hear you are feeling better.
....well, I know it's not OPEN-HEART surgery, but there is still much risk involved.....I was looking for anyone who may have gone through this and could talk frankly about the re-coop time, what to expect, any side-effects, could this 'growth' come back, etc....
Anytime there is surgery on someone we love it is stressful. Especially when it is our child even if he is an adult. My daughters will ALWAYS be my little girls even when they get to be 45.
I can well imagine how he felt. Graham walked in on me yesterday why I was still on the phone with
DCL finalizing things. Fortunately I had a "legit" reason to call them to let them know about my banana allergy and to have the documents send to work. So he did not cotton on to what was really going on.
Yes, I definitely am. The most difficult bit is not keeping it from Graham, but not to let anything slip on a small UK-based Orlando forum. The people on there are like family. However, Graham is also active on there. He does not come on here so I am safe.
Corinna
Just hang in there and don't let anything slip. In 2006 I pulled off the biggest surprise ever on my DH. I planned a big family celebration at WDW for the entire family. He thought it was only he and I going. I had our daughters, DSIL'S and grandchildren all arrive two days after we did. Along with my hubby's best friend and his wife. We all stayed at the Poly, I booked Victoria & Albert chef's table for dinner for 8 of us who could go. Booked a Wishes fireworks cruise, made arrangements for my DH and SIL who had just returned from Iraq to be the Veterans of the day and bring down the colors at the magic kingdom. My husband had no, idea. He cried as he saw the family all there for him in a room I had arranged. No one slipped up, the grands were little and not told they were going to Disney until the morning of the trip. I didn't tell a sole who knows us or sees us socially or at work. That way no one could tell him. You can do it Corinna I know you can, and just imagine his face when he sees your surprise.
Good morning everyone...
I hope everyone has a great day.
I have been struggling this last week with something that has weighed heavy on me. It is small in the effect of the world, and I know others have more pressing issues and even life threatening problems, and mine is not...
No matter the outcome, David and I will survive!
Sorry I am so cryptic
Brandi it doesn't matter how small or big a problem or issue is. Friends support each other and are there to help or just to provide a shoulder or an ear. If you need to talk we are here for you. I hope you will soon be able to put this behind you knowing you made the right decision.

You have my number, if you need anything please feel free to call me.
Tomorrow we move over to Beach Club. Have to admit I am excited, it is new and our first Epcot resort ever.
