Its my 180 day tomorrow help please

Hi

This is my 1st time of doing this.

I am calling from UK can anyone tell me what options I need to press once the call gets answered.

Also is CRT breakfast 180 + 10 or do I need to call on 180 days for that one.

So far I have these (we arrive on night of 12th and leave on 24th Nov - dates not shown are either at seaworld,discovery cove and Universal

Crystal palace Breakfast 13th
Donald's safari breakfast 15th
Liberty Tavern 16th Early Dinner for mvmcp
1900 Park fare Early Dinner 17th
CRT Breakfast 18th
50's Prime Time Lunch21st
Rose & Crown Dinner 22nd - to watch fireworks at epcot
Chef Mickey Breakfast24th

Not to worry, you will find the CMs to be very understanding and helpful

When I call for ADRs, I always have a chart made out with columns for:
The date; the Restaurant I want; the time I want (with a range of times that will work with my itinerary, and room to write down the conformation number when the CM gives it to me; like so ...

DATE_______RESTAURANT_________________TIME_____________CON. #

Mon. 10_____Breakfast @ Crystal Palace_____8:05 8:15 8:30
Mon. 10_____Lunch @ Kona Cafe___________1:00 1:15 1:30

With the center time listed being the ADR I'd most like.

Have your resort room conformation number handy, as you will need it, as well as your home phone number.

I hope y'all have a great time. I'll be there from Sun. 9th to Sat. 15th myself.

I booked with a virgin holidays do I just use their booking number or will I need to contact them and get the hotel booking ref.
