Oh!!!! I can't wait! I like to get surprises if anyone can pull them off...but that doesn't happen that often! I am a snooper and usually find out about EVERYTHING!!!!

I hear ya!!! I actually wanted to make the two hour drive home to get it that weekend!!! LOL Crazy huh?

I think I went into sugar shock just thinking about what to put in / on the cake!!! As far as ordering...I just called and talked to the proper department and they gave me an e-mail address to the baker. I e-mailed my requests and that was that. If you need the number...I can give it to you. Just let me know! It is more expensive the more detailed you get. I think the starting price for the 8" cake was $35.

I am hoping he like the surprises so much that he wants to let me book our next trip! I already have two options in mind! I want to go see MNSSHP (even if it's just the two of us for a long weekend) or to take Poot for Star Wars Weekends (since he's a big fan).

I love the gift basket idea I'm going to put together a gift bag for DH, have already started buying little bits I think i'll give it him the day before we fly so I can put some items in that he can use on the plane etc.. hope he likes it

I love to just annoy them! On one of our Disney trips, we ran into a whole group of cheerleaders from Boston. Well, the moms that were chaperones for the trip were discussing the Red Sox on the bus on the way back to the resort from HS. (I should let you know that I think they were indulging in some adult beverages a bit also.) Anyway, DH decides he will get in on the discussion! I was not pretty! He was outnumbered! They harassed him the whole ride! They called Jeter "Cheater" and were too funny! He should have known better than to try to go into battle with some "under the influence" Sox fans!!! His bad! I actually told him about you being a fan and he said "Why do you put me in a situation where I will have to fight with people about the Yankees?" So, you should definitely wear a Sox something to AK!!!!!

Oh man... now we just gotta sit back and wait out "SOX-tober" and when WE win the series I will really be able to push Justin's buttons! Feel free to share these pics with him:

Yeah...I am a super late doer of everything! I will have anxiety, but it'll get done! I don't really know why I do it to myself every vacation, but I do! I don't throw it in the suitcase though...I actually put it in in a neat and orderly fashion. That makes it even more surprising that I make it out the door on time. One thing I hate is ironing though...so I will prevent as much of that as possible!

Oh good! I will be over later to check the report out! I can't wait to hear about all of your surprises!

Alrighty...it's really getting close now! Most tickers are under the two month mark! That is such a promising sight! I love it!

I figured now would be a good time for me to list my daily (tentative) schedule. I will show you the basics of each day including ADR's. Then, I am hoping everyone has some suggestions to help improve it! (My plans are never set until the day I do them!! LOL)

Here goes:

Dec. 2nd (not much to report on here) -arrive at MCO 10:00 pm. We have to collect our own bags since it is such a late flight. That is ok because I was going to do that anyway so we were sure to have them that night. And, that way we don't get awakened in the middle of the night for our bags. We will take DME to POR, check in, maybe (probably) unpack and get to bed!! I am thinking (hoping) that since we are such a late flight we may not have a long wait for DME and get it all done quickly.
The kids will go to school this day because we don't fly out until 7:30ish. Philadelphia airport is about 1 1/2 hours away from us. So, Gwad will get home at 3 and then we will pick the other two up about 45 minutes early at 3:15. I plan to make a trip to get some sandwiches earlier in the day. These will be dinner for either the ride to the airport or at the airport. After picking Lulu and Poot up, we will head right to the airport. That should put us there around 5:00 at the latest. We will park and check our bags and hit security by around 5:30. Then, it will just be the waiting game until we can board our plane! This will be the first time we will not be part of the pre-boarding group. Pooty will not have his car seat this time, so we will board with everyone else. Let's see how that goes with our crew!! LOL

Dec. 3rd - Get up around 6:30 and get ready for our first Disney day!!!! Everyone else can shower before bed after checking in. I will shower that morning. I really don't take all that long to get ready...maybe 20 minutes or so. I will pack the park bag the night before so that is done. I know we get in late and I plan to get up early, but I am thinking I will be running on adrenaline at this point. Anyway, so, give or take a bit, we will be ready to head out the door at about 7:00 am. We have stayed on Disney property for all of our trips except the first. But, we have never used the EMH's. I plan to change that in a big way this time!! I am hoping we are close to the main bus stop at POR and it will be a short walk to the stop. Fingers crossed. If all goes as planned, we will be at MK in time for the 8:00 EMH. I want to stay there until 9:00 and then we will hop on the monorail and head to the Poly for our Ohana breakfast. What a way to start our vacation...with a family favorite meal!!!! After eating that delicious meal, we will head back to MK for a few more hours (probably about 11:00 - 2:30). After getting in a bit more park time, we will go to the Contemporary and catch the bus to DTD. We have 3:30 ressies for Wolfgang Puck's. Again, another of our favorites! After that, we will probably walk over to the POR boat and head back to the resort. This will be a long day and there is no down time scheduled, but we are doing some relaxing evening activities. We will be doing the horse and carriage ride at POR at 6:00. Then, when we get back from that (if we feel like it) we will do the campfire. This will be the only night we can do the campfire. So, if we can, I really want to. After that, around 8:00, I want to head over to the River Roost Lounge and check out a bit of Yehaa Bob's show. We will not be able to see much of this as we have to leave at about 9:15 (in a cab) to get to the Poly for our 9:55 Ohana ressie. I know this is a late dinner and makes for another late night, but I really wanted to try to get those other things in!! And, I wanted this meal...it looks and sounds absolutely delicious!!!! The only thing I'm nervous about is that we have an early breakfast ADR the next day!! We'll see how this goes!

So, that's the first two days. Tell me what you think...changes, too much, going to be ok, pushing the family too hard the first day, over-thinking, anything!!!???? Thanks!

Hi Erin - Thanks for posting on my PTR! I rushed right over here and I'm all caught up already. I love your PTR - lots of details - super easy to read - and you have a fun writing style! Your family is adorable!

We have quite a few things in common...we're there at the same time, we both have a 13 year old and a 5 year old (mine will be 5 next month and mine are girls, yours are boys but STILL haha), my husband's favorite motto is "I'll sleep when I'm dead" or "sleep is over-rated", we're flying Air Tran for the 1st time, POR is our moderate of choice and I thought we were both 32 but I just realized I'm actually 33! Darn!

I can't wait to read more! I'm subscribing now and look forward to tagging along. Maybe we'll run into each other in December!
