Last year, Fall PINs started going out on April 3. They go out in multiple waves. I didn't get mine until the end of May. Good luck!

I called 1 (407) W-DISNEY and asked if there were any PINs associated with my name or address. I never received an email or postcard for that PIN (I have received others by email and mail, though). When you see reports of PINs going out for your dates, select a day of the week to call each week (or every other week), and ask the CM to check your account. Most are happy to do so, but if you get one who is unwilling to help, say thank you and just call back.

wats 180 +10? i thought you made ADR's at the 180 day mark. can you add 10 extra days if you have a reservation?

wats 180 +10? i thought you made ADR's at the 180 day mark. can you add 10 extra days if you have a reservation?

If you have a Disney resort reservation, you can make ADRs at the 180 day mark of your arrival + up to 10 subsequent days. This allows you to make ADRs for your entire trip (or a lot of your trip as the case may be) on the same day.

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. Typically they have one on either Nov. 1 or 2, but since Halloween is on a Friday this year, there will be no November date.

I just want FD to come out early or to get a pin so I don't have to stress about it. I will probably go to WDW anyway, but FD would make it so much easier. I'm not concerned about the 180 since we've decided to go strictly CS meals this trip.

I had a pin for the winter FD but couldn't go then. Now they'll never send me another. I just know it.!

We finally made it official! Going back Nov 12-18th with my sister and brother-in-law!!!! I am so excited! Just scored our airfare today, $160 per person, round trip nonstop!!!! Paid less than $500 for 3 of us to fly round trip, so I couldn't pass it up.

We are hoping for free dining... staying at Pop Century so we want to do the quick service this year. We don't want to have to be anywhere at a certain time each day... except of course I am booking Hoop Dee Doo and paying OOP.

We are staying POP in January. Originally I thought if they offered free dining we would pay to upgrade to regular dining. It would cost about the same as eating 4 table service out of pocket. If we had free dining QS and didn't upgrade, we could use the QS meals we don't use because we paid out of pocket for TS meals to buy breakfasts.

We are planning for 11/22 - 11/30 or 11/29 - 12/7. So either over Thanksgiving week or starting right after. Would really depend on free dining which seems like last year wasn't offered after Thanksgiving, but in 2012 it was.

Imagine crowd level 11/22 - 11/30 would be a lot worse than 11/29 - 12/7.

It wasn't offered either week the past two years. However, I believe the last date available was the 22nd. It's possible for you to get it for your whole trip, as long as your check in day is one of the days offered. The crowds are already crazy Thanksgiving week, can't even imagine what they'd be like if they ordered FD that week too!!! Uggh...

I think that was what I was wondering about - last year the last day for check in for FD was 11/23, which was 5 days before Thanksgiving. So if they do that again this year, and we check in on that date (which would be 11/22), we'd have FD for Thanksgiving week. To me that seems crazy on Disney's behalf but they did it last year.

Assuming I have my dates right above - got them from googling FD dates and blackout periods.

In 2012 when we went we had FD but my husband couldn't get out of work a day early so the kids and I flew down on the last day of check in so we'd get FD. He was a little jealous we had an extra day in the parks

So I guess I have to wait and see what they do this year! We really can't go without FD due to having to pay a petsitter for our dogs

We fly southwest and just came back from an impromptu trip to Punta Gorda to visit family. ...so close to Disney but our want in the cards this trip. ANYWAYS, we got a great deal on the airfare and weren't sure we could get the time off so before I booked I did a little research. Turns out Southwest doesn't charge change fees! All you pay is the difference in airfare! So we could have used those tickets in the fall without getting screwed.

It's no guarantee we'll get the best airfare if we need to change our dates but at least taking the risk doesn't seem so risky now.

Coincidentally, the reason why we only fly Southwest outs because they are the only carrier that flies direct and they tend to be cheaper than jet blue.

We received FD last year 11/23 (sat) -11/29 (fri). I could not believe disney offered FD the week of Thanksgiving, but I'm glad they did! We were able to upgrade from POR to AKL

We will be arriving on 11/21 (Friday). Hopefully there will be FD again.

Ashley tell me how crowded was it when you were there? Like what was the wait for Pirates? We almost always walk on or wait 5 minutes when we go. This year the only two weeks we can go in the fall would be what I mentioned 11/22-11/30 or 11/29-12/7. Leaning towards the 11/29 week for the lower crowds, but free dining of offered the week before would be great. Hate making this decision !!
