Can't believe it, but our Disney wedding was a year ago today! I was in the middle of pictures at the Grand Floridian right now
Just a head's up on the cakes- they can be saved and they taste great! We couldn't believe how good ours tastes a year later! Be sure to take the fondant off. Next, freeze it solid in the freezer (no wrapping or covering). Then, wrap it in cling wrap and then tin foil wrap. We put ours into a big tupperware container, too. I did take some of the frosting off the top that was off color. Remember, when in doubt, throw it out!
