What grade will your daughter be in next year? We love Guntersville and especially GSP, we were actually looking for land up that way to buy to keep out camper that is waterfront for our boat. We need to go back up that way soon.

Tiggerdad, remember how we were talking about some of our "not so great" camping moments? Well my black water tank was leaking from the skylight in the bathroom today, I'll let yall think about that one for a while.....

On the other hand, if someone started a thread on their on camping mishaps, that would make for some pretty good reading. I know I would have my fair share to add!

5er - That's a heck of a seal on the commode if you managed what I think happened. I could think that would be an entertaining thread as well and I would have to contribute too.

Yeah! Let's just say I left the black tank flush on by mistake and my wife wasn't to pleased with me either!

I'm sure most of us on the camping page could add something entertaining to read!

That is what I thought you did. Fabreeze the roof, it might help?

Yeah we did and I took down the inside cover of the sky light and put some arm & hammer along with some bleach clean up, the smell Is gone, for good I hope! Luckily I dumped the tank earlier and it was just water from the flush line I left on, so the smell wasn't bad, it could of been worse!

Better then the toilet seal not holding up....


I have had worse and had to clean it up. Lets just say that when using a blue tote tank, even if its a 45 gallon tote and you only have a 40 gallon tank that grading can make all the difference between an easy dump and a poop geyser out of the vent cap....

I'm hoping to avoid the ordeal of getting stuck without a turn around. My Fifth wheel is designed to allow full 90 degree turns even with my short bed. And if all fails I can back up with the best of them.
