That happened to me yesterday (and has definitely happened a few other times in the past weeks). Does that mean we weren't entered the days we received those messages?? How frustrating!!

I assume no entry as I never got a screen confirming I had entered. But who knows.

I saw it on my phone and didn't see Disney in the subject line because the screen is so small. I also remember laughing about being a "potential" winner before I hit the delete button. I just hope the family that won because of my fear of computer viruses and phishing scams has a wonderful trip.

Disney should have followed up with a phone call. Sorry to hear that.

Or log directly into the email server and see if it's there somewhere.

Hi,everyone! I'm a newbie but I've been following along with this contest. Congratulations to the winners! So nice to hear that someone actually does win.

I've been having decent luck with the entry page until today, no enter button. Pretty lame. I'll keep checking in case the button decides to come back.

Well this truly has been a life changing experience. Instead of me worrying about all the big important things in life, my daily goal is just to wake early enough to get an entry before everyone else wakes up and clogs the system and I'm prevented from entering OR get that maximum submissions message that I'm not really sure what the heck that means as I never got an appropriate message saying I really did enter for the day.

Anyway, pixie dust on my side today. I was able to enter earlier this morning.
So now my task for the rest of the day is too cook up the things I purchased at the grocery store this morning since there is no way I want to be in the stores today as there is talk of snow tomorrow and well.....people are crazy.

But if I get all this cooked and cleaned up, then by Monday when I get the winning email notice, the microwave will feed us and I can focus on planning the details of my vacation at the Castle.



That's my story. I'm sticking to it.

OMG, I would be a crying mess if this happened to me. This is why I have been checkign DH's email everyday as well.

To everyone who is having trouble. I have noticed. If I try before 7am it works. If I ever try later than that. It doesn't.

I didn't realize we had 48 hrs to give an answer, until I read about it here!
It would be nice if they followed up with a phone call. What happened to the FEDEX truck notification in past years??

I think it's rotten that they are relying solely on email (not to mention one that looks like junk) to notify winners. They should at least call or something.

Like many of you, I've been having problems entering. The "maximum submissions exceeded" error message is what is bugging me. Surely it's not because so many people are entering every day and the system is truly maxed out for the day. Why wouldn't they just allow more entries?
