I wonder what it's like staying in the castle? The day of your stay can you come and go as you please or are there time restrictions, escorts required, etc. Anyone know what the process would be?

I didn't see any access to a balcony and I can imagine Disney wouldn't want folks to have ability to be seen on the exterior of castle. I wonder if the windows are clear enough to get a picture from that unique viewpoint or are the windows stained too much to have a view or get a picture?

Check again later. It seems to come and go for different people on different days. I had the button today, got an error message, then was successful on a different browser. But it probably wasn't the different browser, but merely a different experience a minute or two later yielded.

I don't remember if it was last year or two years ago, but they did post the winners on the website. Not full names, just first name, last initial and what state they were from. Like "John S. from Texas".

I think that was two years ago and the announced them weekly. I remember on the website you could scroll through the weekly winners and like you said it was first name, last initial and the state.

Last year I don't think it was ever announced on the website.

First try got error.
Did a refresh and was able to enter.
I wonder how much and how the data of who enters and so on is used.

Happy for the of being able to enter.
Now I'm just waiting for the email or call.

My friend leaves today for a week at POP.
So nice to have that cold weather break. Wish it were me.
Oh well I had it last February.

Maybe a year from now I'll be going on my winner trip.

Another case of the missing enter button today. I got an error message when I tried to enter then I refreshed my browser to try again and the enter button disappeared and now I can't get it to come back

It is a little frustrating all the error messages. I have had a few of them happen to me. Sometimes I can get through and sometimes I get the error. Also sometimes I have to put in my user name and password and other times I just enter. I am using the same two computers and it happens randomly no matter which one I use. I feel like I am only getting entered a handful of times.

I did however find the enter button is not there is I use this link: parks.disney.com

Every time I enter and get an error (about 1/3 of the time), it eventually changes from "there was an error, please try again at a later time" to the "maximum submissions" error. I've never had a case where I'd received an error then was able to do a "normal" entry. Note that I've not had the missing "enter" button problem.

This makes be believe (hope?) that while I'm getting an error when I try to enter, it does work somehow, which explains the "maximum submissions" follow up. I know, I know, wishful thinking!

I've been having problems today too. First an error message and to try again..when I did I got the "maximum" message. I'm wondering if they are only allowing so many entries per time period/hourly?

New issue for me today. I had the enter button but when I clicked it, nothing happened! Finally entered an incognito window and it had me sign in and it went through.

I think Disney is so busy trying to fix all these IT problems that they haven't even had time to pick many winners yet and that is why we haven't heard of winners on this board yet. Haha.....here is to hoping! Pixie dust to everyone!

I hope so!!!! This is about the time last year when we started hearing from winners....fingers crossed!!
