I also work in a school as a speech-language pathologist....so August is usually a sad month for me too. But, I am looking forward to going back to Disney on the 15th!!! One more last magical trip before the school year starts!!

August really is bittersweet ..... We're leaving the 10th and comming back the 23rd.... sooooooo excited!!! My diet is out the window, I'm rushing around trying to finish up the T-shirts, stuff is thrown everywhere, and I'm loving every second of it! 2 weeks in Florida!!! Whoohooooo... but then I come back and its only 11 days until school starts up again... my final semester of undergrad work.... blaahhhh

I hope everyone has an amazing, magical, stupendous, extraordinary, fantastically brilliant, "This-is-why-we-love-Disney-and-work-all-year-long-to-fund-our-inexorable-unrelenting-mouse-addictions" vacation!!! (and a fairly smooth readjustment back into reality afterwards ).

4 days away till our 10 day disney trip, and I don't know why but I always get nervous right before we leave?

OK, we leave on Friday now! It's really here, I just can't stand this dreaded packing and the constant sinking feeling that I am forgetting something.

I never thought I would be looking forward to going back to work (teacher) buying school supplies, getting up early, etc. but I am very much looking forward to this last week of summer for me and my family!
