That's what my forecast is too. But it might be around 60 so I expect it to feel quite nice. But then the temperature is going to fall and in a few days the rain may be snow again.
I also cut down my poppies. I took the rest of the flower, which is not pedals and is dry. I took the pod from the blossoms and put them in a couple new areas. Hopefully they get in the ground and germinate so I have a couple new flower beds next summer.
I went to the local nursery today and bought me 2 punnets of lettuce seedlings, a punnet of zucchini (or courgette), a punnet of snow peas and one punnet of corn.
I've been weeding the garden and preparing the soil. It might be about time to plant some vegies this year....
I'll get some tomatoes soon. Traditionally, we don't plant tomatoes until after the first week in November.
