We leave this Saturday for 6 nights and 7 days at the Poly with a Magic Kingdom View. My 3 kids still do not know we are going. We're going to tell them when they get home from school on Friday that we are leaving for Disney World the next day!! They are going to flip out. My 3 daughters are 10, 7 and 5. We haven't been there in over 4 years.
We're driving from NJ so we won't arrive until Sunday. I noticed that the Magic Kingdom is open for an extra 3 hours Sunday night (does it really stay open until 1:00am?). We have 6 day park hopper passes so I figured we would get settled in and head on over that evening. You think the park will be mobbed? I noticed that we also need wrist bands to stay for the extra magic hours? How does that work?

Maybe one of these years if I go spur of the moment (with a month or less waiting) I might be able to do it...

...he doesn't know better. But let me tell ya...it's been reeeaaallllyyyy hard to not cave in and blab it all out. At least I have DH to talk to about everything.....even though he stares at me with this look on his face like..."Here we go again. She's in Disney mode. Maybe if I keep looking at her in the eyes and keep nodding my head, she'll think I'm listening intently." Yeah, I know what's he's doing
I'm not that dumb! HaHa!... But it's nice to just talk about it....even if it's to a brick wall....
Yes,the parks always stay open three hours after park closing for Evening EMH,so if Magic Kingdom closes at 10:00,it will indeed be open for Guests staying at a WDW resort until 1:00AM!
