Very Cool! I will have to look for this APP. I have LINES, but haven't really used it much yet, of course
Paula, Do you know about TUG? There is a lot of information there to help you figure out how to work the exchange system. Lots of those folks have Wyndam points and exchange into DVC. They combine weeks to get higher TPU and what not... Honestly, I don't know much about it but have read posts about it. TUG costs $15 per year to belong but it is priceless with information. I usually hover on the boards for Worldmark, as that is what I own, but I think you would find TUG useful.
I have a TUG membership. Unfortunately my banked weeks are old and cannot be used for DVC as they don't have enough trading power. I may be using one of them for my hubby to return to Vegas this summer. We will see!
It was me! Taking full credit for that PM

I almost stayed at WL too!
But being from the NW it was too much like home, so I decided to go with SSR. That DTD location was too appealing since we have teenagers and the dining plan that last week.
Feel free to take full credit! I normally check TUG and the wyndham portal for availability every day but I was busy at work that night and didn't check and it probably would have been an hour or so longer to check if I hadn't checked my e-mail and seen your PM. so THANK YOU!!! (And thank goodness or the Wyndham Portal sale that allowed me to have enough points!) VWL has always been my dream resort so am very happy to have been able to book it!
So, I'm wondering if I missed the post about the debate between dining plan and tables in wonder? It sort of seems like the DxDP may be a good deal for you guys, with all the great dining you have planned. Especially since you can add it for just the last week on DVC, or if you have the annual pass, just the first week at the hotel. But maybe not, if you have a lot of events that have to be paid out of pocket anyhow.
I've tried and tried to make DxDP to work for us but because I have F&W events planned there is just no way to make it cost effective. I have pretty much decided to go with TiW. Still working out the prices and if it may just be better to go OOP. Time and savings will tell!
I enjoyed reading along, and hope you are having a great time with Hubby rigth now. I'm headed to Vegas myself on May 11th. Can't wait!
I hope you had a great time in Vegas! We had a fabulous time. Was very sad to have it come to an end.
I keep trying to get inspired to work on my trip report, but so much keeps changing and is up in the air that I can't seem to capture it all.
