It's ADR day and my confirmation number isn't working!

As the title says, the system doesn't seem to recognise my 12-digit reference and I'm not sure what to do. Any ideas?

My day was back in February, so I haven't followed closely, but I needed to call to make my ADRs at 7:00. I think that is what most people end up doing.

How frustrating! I'm at work so I can't call. No BOG for me...

I had the problem seems to me that I signed in and used the name of person making reservations and it came up

I still can't make any reservations past my first day but I thought I'd look for a reservation for BOG on October 8th and I got one! That's all I wanted really, the others I want shouldn't be an issue.

Lucky you I havent been able to get BOG for our entire 2 week holiday. Staying off site makes getting reservations at the most popular ones even harder

Hope everyone gets the adr's they want. Can't imagine being offsite now, and doing them one by one. The tension and wait must be unbearable!

Phone Disney and get them to make ADRs. I struggled with code and my Disney Experience site so resorted to good old fashioned way.

I would have liked to do it online but realised in order to get reservations like BOG I needed to talk to CRO.

Keep trying. We have changed our BOG twice since making the original booking

I wasn't on time doing any ADRs - and we go in the summer - however I was still easily able to gets BOG ADR with no problems on the day we wanted! I was at least 10 days late!

I had the exact problem. Just had to do it day by day. Pain but managed to get everything I wanted including BOG. x
