I am paying extra to stay Club Level which comes with Itinerary Planning, which I thought was one of the best perks....no more staying on hold to make ADRs - simpy contact a planner and they will take care of it. Boy was I WRONG....You can never get a hold of them. Wait time on the phone is horrible, emails never answered??? Why is it easier for me to call WDW-DINE and make my own ADRs then it is to talk with an Itinerary Planner...when I am paying extra to have a planner!

It is really aggravating!

Needed to vent...Thanks!

That is frustrating. Sorry!

I had very good luck with the IPO at the WL and CR... but the Poly IPO caused me to lose out on CRT ressies one year (they "forgot"-- as well as screwing up three of four room surprises, including spoiling the surprise LOL). Since then, I make the really important ADRs myself. However, IPO works for the regular ADRs (read: ADRs my kids can take or leave) and other requests.

I have never had luck calling and emails were answered in a hit-and-miss fashion from CR and Poly. WL was much better (but the last trip there was several years ago).

Some IPOs have better reviews than others. Which resort's office are you having trouble with?

We're staying at AKL. My first email was never responded to, I never recieved an itineray with my confirmed ADRs w/times and now I have been trying to call for two days to make two changes.

I haven't stayed there yet but I think they're supposed to be one of the better resorts at Club Level, in terms of service. Again, I'm sorry for the frustration!

I hope you are able to get in touch with the IPO soon, so you know that your plans are set.

I would like to say that I think you will find the Club Level is worth it for lots of other reasons besides the IPO. I really didn't use IPO on my last trip (still remembering the Poly's mistakes) but the service and benefits still felt totally worth the extra cost. I am in no way trying to excuse the issues you are having-- but try not to let these frustrations ruin your trip! :goodvibes Good luck!

This is one reason I make my own ADR's. I know I pay for the service but if you want certain places that are hard to get >>you can't wait until they get back to you. I found the AKL to be hard to get as well as WL at times but I think they now have their own as they use to tied in with the Poly. MHO If I was you I would call dining & change it yourself.

:thumbsup2 Well, finally got in touch with them today (over my lunch break, dialing the number over and over and over...well you get the idea). All my ADRs were confirmed with the exception of the Fantasmic Dinner Package...but no biggy, I'm cool with that.

I will however, be dialing in myself to try for the Candlelight Processional on Monday. I'm not taking my chances with the IPO.
