I am trying to wrap my head around the fact that we'll only have 3 days at Disneyland Nov 27-30. There is so much to do and see and while I can truly miss some things for others, I can't budge on fireworks and the holiday lightings etc.

Please help make a semi-flexible, sort of specific itinerary for our 3 days. :flower3:

We'll be at the GCV so arriving early will be easy. We'll have MM on Sunday and Tuesday (thankfully). DH will be our FP runner and believe he lives up to the title. :thumbsup2

Must do's:
~ fireworks and snow
~ holiday parade
~ holiday lighting
~ Reindeer Round-Up

Like to do:
~ WoC
~ F!
~ cookie decorating if they still have it on Main St
~ flag ceremony if they do this

Can skip:
~ Aladdin
~ Electronica
~ Billy Hill
~ DCA parade
~ Jedi Training

We haven't been since the new ST and LM rides opened. I am guessing we'll be fine with the LM ride once but they boys will want to do ST a few times.

I am also fine with grabbing a spot for the fireworks while my family rides Space over and over...don't worry, I don't save them a spot. :lmao: Same for parades but they'll usually suffer through that hour with me. ;)

As far as attractions go, there are some I love much more than others but will be happy to do my favorites at least once. Those include:

~ all of Fantasyland
~ The Matterhorn (at night)
~ POTC
~ HMH
~ IASW holiday
~ Spalsh
~ The Tiki Room
~ The Jungle cruise
~ Indy
~ Soarin'
~ Kail River
~ Bug's Land
~ Mark Twain
~ BTMRR (at night)

I'm sure I'm missing some but basically I adore the classics but will muddle through Space and ToT with my family.

I'd also get to my hands on some homemade candy canes. :hyper:

I wasn't planning on any PS but now am thinking I might like one dinner like at Carnation Cafe if time allows.

Any help would be appreciated. :goodvibes

Guess is this one of those times that someone might teach me to fish but not fish for me? :rotfl2:

Sorry Jenny, but the moment I read this:

I had to take deep breaths and leave the thread immediately.

Skipping the Hillbilly Christmas Show??:eek::eek:
You've obviously got all your priorities wrong. :snooty: :sad2:

Is it that good? Really? The kids will like it? How early do you have to arrive for a decent seat? Give me the deets. :hyper:

You see that hunka hunka burning love in my avatar? He's the star.:charac2: (and my secret boyfriend):rolleyes1 I like to catch the first show after I have finished a fast and furious MM and gathered up a few FP's as a little breather and snack time. You'll have to do this on Sunday since there are no shows on Tuesday. If the first show is at 11:15, I try to be on the porch waiting to go in at 10:45 (send the kids to the bathroom or to grab a dole whip or bengal skewer while you wait). Shoot for a table right up front to you get the full affect of personalized "Billy love".:love: Once you've received it, you'll be coming back for more. Yep, it's that good. :cloud9::cloud9:

I agree with Callie - it's great. Last year I dragged my daughter *kicking and screaming* and after the show, she wanted to spend an hour and a half (of our last day!) waiting at a table in front for the next show.

Fortunately, you're going at the perfect time. We've gone the week after Thanksgiving and it was the best trip ever! The crowds were very low & the park was totally decked out in all it's Christmas magic. I think you'll have time to get everything in.

:lmao: A half hour early isn't bad a all. :thumbsup2 And you can have food in the theater? Awesome! We'll be starved by then I'm sure after MM. I want Billy love now!

Okay, that's pretty convincing. I'll add it to the like-to-do list.

I love the idea of low crowds and holiday decor. I am working on an itinerary. :surfweb:
