I need another set of eyes for this for my Wednesday and Thursday options.

Sunday night late arrival (Pop)

Monday morning - drop bags to be switched, head to Epcot for rides and lunchtime F&W, park hop to HS and catch a few rides, then check into GF

Tuesday - no parks in morning / MVMCP until it closes

Wednesday - I need help with this. AK - FOP at 3:25. I wish this was just a *little* earlier. Planning to head over late morning, do whatever rides we can and stay through FOP. Then we have a BOG dinner at 6:15, and MK has EMH until 12am. This is the only non-party night and I know it will be packed. I also know we will be tired, because we are typically an early to rise / early to bed family. Should we plan another late night at MK, or just stay at AK, do an evening safari, and relax?? It would be our only chance to catch HEA.

Thursday - drop bags to be switched again; MK FPs during the day. Check into WL later on.

Friday - AK / evening flexible

Saturday - HS / evening flexible

Sunday - AK / evening flexible

Monday - check out :-(

ETA - Thursday we will be switching resorts again so I'm nervous about the two late nights in a row, plus three days in a row at MK? But I think Thursday is the last daytime option that MK crowds will be lighter and I have 7DMT / Peter Pan for that day.

I guess it depends on how important HEA is to you. (There is no HEA on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday?)

I think your concern about 2 late nights in a row makes sense. If it were us, we would probably skip the MK EMH on Wednesday.

We haven’t seen HEA, and probably won’t be going back for a few years. Thursday and Friday there are Christmas parties. I just realized that Saturday there is no party but will it be just as busy or busier because it’s MK on a Saturday?

We did the majority of late nights on our last trip and loved it. We closed down the parks three times, including two nights in a row, we just slept in the next morning.

We happen to love the evening extra magic hours. Do what you feel comfortable with, but which ever day you choose, mk will be busy during Hea. Saturday will probably be busier then during the week.

Oh and I don’t love ak that much to go three times in one trip. I’d switch it up a bit

I would catch HEA for sure. You have more AK days, therefore it is a good idea to have the BOG dinner at 6:15 and then stay until HEA. Try getting another FP for FOP on another of the AK evenings if you'd like to be less rushed. :-)

Many people hold lots of FP for FOP on different days even if they don't plan on going on certain dates, which many times they free up because they realize they might be going to a different park that day.

I'm not sure if the kids will sleep in. They rarely do. They are 12 and 10 and we are just an early up family. But we can see how it goes.

So I actually do have another one, and also NRJ, which is why I have AK in my plans 3 times. I thought if we did FOP on that Wednesday, we will know if we want to do it again. But really it would be ideal to do a lighter park that day (like HS) for just a short time and then MK in the evening. Or if my FOP time was earlier in the day, we could go back to the room and rest for a few hours before dinner.

Maybe I should just scrap the Wednesday AK. That park has so much walking, I'm thinking it will wipe us out.

I think I would go to see Pandora, just to walk around and take pictures, like arriving at around 3:00. Then you head over to the FOP FP+ and park-hop directly to the MK. You should have plenty of time to arrive for your BOG dinner reservation. During the morning I would do a No Parks day, resort hop or head over to Disney Springs; and then a light lunch, rest a little and go for AK then MK as mentioned.

I do believe you'll want to do FOP again, so maybe it's better if you just do Pandora that day, it's close to the entrance and actually you don't walk so much if you just go to that area of the park.

My kids are 14 and 10 and my 14 year old never sleeps in, and on this trip he did. One night we went to bed at 2 and he slept until almost 11. Either way you will enjoy your trip.
