Itinerary Changes with Murray Hill

I just had to make major changes to my itinerary b/c I changed airlines. I just notified them which is a month's notice - should I be okay or have others had problems with making such changes?

On Dec 1 just 2 hrs before heading to the airport, I found out that our airline (Southeastern) had gone "belly-up" over night. We scrambled and were able to get a USAir flight that same day. We had booked with Murray Hill for pickup at the Sanford airport but at the last moment I called and talked to John and explained the circumstances. We not only changed airlines but airport and times...what a nightmare!!!!! But Murray Hill came thru for us and were very accommodating.
