I'm here and we are all safe. I am touched that you all thought about me. I haven't been around much today because of all of the Halloween festivities....sorry.

Mamu is correct, we are in the north, the quake, a 5.9 on the richter scale, was situated about 6 hours south of where we are, part ways between Naples and Rome. From what I have heard on the local news there are at least 6 confirmed dead, 2 women and 4 children, but that they expect the death toll to rise. I pray for those who are missing and for the rescuers who are searching the rubble.
