It got my hopes up

I received an email from Disney Destinations and thought "WOW, I got a pin" but nope - just an email stating that I had received my vacation planning video and wanting me to sign up friends to receive a copy. My problem is I haven't received my video.

Does anyone know if the Video is located somewhere in the email and I should be able to download it or is it an actual DVD that was supposed to be mailed to me and I just haven't received it yet?

I had received that same Disney Destinations Email...with the same response as you...so excited over a new pin....but NOOOO...lol...and yes I had received an actual DVD in my snail mail....well before the email arrived.

Well I sent back an email to Disney Destinations asking them the same question about the download or whether it was mailed and I hadn't received it - telling them that the planning video was going to help me decide on whether I take the trip or not in the fall - now I am hoping that they will feel sorry for me and send a pin to really help me decide.
