We have about four inches of snow. Being next to Lake Michigan it was supposed to miss us, but no, we got hit. It was really bad driving home from work. It was thundering and lightning along with the snow too. Weird!

It's been unseasonably nice-generally I've pulled out my coat by now, but I'm still in my denim jacket. Supposedly there's rain coming tomorrow, though.

We had the most gorgeous day here in Raleigh. It was in the upper 70's. It's still in the upper 60's and it sounds like summer outside. I can hear the crickets going like mad.

It was 70 and sunny here today. It is supposed to rain tomorrow though. I personally am ready for the snow...bring on winter!

We started out with 40 mph winds...moved on to cold rain...then to sleet...on to snow from there...now it's just COLD!!

Hedy, I've occassionally had to wear a jacket, but I'm stalling. I'm enjoying just running outside without one.

Sherry, it's been like that here too for a couple days. I don't hear the crickets tonight though. hmmm

No, not for the better at all. It didn't start raining here until I was just a couple blocks from home. I hope it holds off some.

It is so nice here right now. It is probably in the mid to low 60's and I have a window open. I get so excited when it cools off and I can open some windows. Won't last long, though. This IS Texas!

It's raining here but the temps are dropping fast so they say it will be turning to snow soon. Yuk. Just not ready for winter weather.

I actually slept with the bedroom window open last night and woke up to the sound of birds chirping like crazy this morning; I had to stop and make sure it was November and not April!
