Issues with membership showing up, no points?

Anyone had issues with a second contract's points not showing up in their account? Our second contract's membership number (both resale) is now showing up in our online DVC account, but there are zero points loaded into it. Called MS and they weren't exactly helpful.

Give it a few more days. It's a two step process - one group loads the contract and another group loads the points.
