I used online check in for an upcoming stay at AOA and it worked great. I went to check in at my 2nd hotel, BLT, and received the same prompt to Start Check In now.
I went through the screens and came to the final screen where it asks you to Agree Information is correct. Unfortunately the ‘I Agree’ button is not active so there is no way to complete the Check-In.
is this normal for split stays? Meaning not to be able to do online check-in at both hotels.
