I will definitely be eating at Manny's at least once on our trip.
Who knows where to get a good breakfast with waffle and omlette bar??

If you're in the mood for desserts, there's a really good place called The Dessert Lady. It's over by Universal, just down the road on Kirkman. It's for adults as its also a wine bar. The place is really small and intimate and she's got some really awesome (huge) cakes! Slices are about $8. Menu and prices are on their website. It's great for celebrations or if you're in the mood for some wine and sugar

Manny's starts off with a big bowl of salad for the table. It is wonderful. We haven't had a bad meal there. It does get very crowded but its worth the weight.

firstwatch - not a buffet but it is healthy food.

Our two favourite restaurants are Salt Island Fish Market and Chophouse (just north of the intersection of I Drive and Sandlake) and Bergamos (at Festival Bay). Salt Island does the best steaks I have ever tasted and Bergamos food is delicious plus their waiters sing so you get a show with dinner as well.
