Does anyone know what nxtbook is?

Asking because when I google search for Wailulu Bar, Google shows some images and something with the wording...

Wailulu Bar & Grill at the Island Tower addition is a spectacular setting for a meal. Those hungry for classic American favorites can enjoy delicious

When I click on the links, nxtbook doesn't allow me access.

The images remind me of DVD brochure images for resorts.

The wording that Google is showing has changed at least 2 times since I first saw this 30 minutes ago. I suspect someone may is editing it????

what’s the reasoning for wanting another boat dock? It’s really not a far walk from the new tower to get to the poly’s boat dock. Heck, it might be further from Pago Pago to the boat dock than it is for the new tower. If the VGF didn’t get a boat dock, which is significantly further away to the Grand’s dock, then I find it hard to believe the poly tower will get one.

Seeing this image helps. Agree, putting in a dock there makes no sense. When those boats come in they often toot their horns. I suspect those getting married at the wedding chapel would not like that interrupting their ceremony.

My thought was not from a distance point of view, but to be able to increase service. That location would also be convenient for VGF. With the amount of complaints regarding how busy the monorail gets, it makes sense to add additional transportation options.

I wouldn’t be shocked if they add another boat to the loop, but I highly doubt they’ll add another dock.

I found a link on the nxtbooks page that describes the DVC Points Chart Book 2024. Sure enough, when you go to it, it takes you to DVC

It was discussed a few pages ago. There's some pretty good evidence which suggests that DVD doesn't actually book the revenue until a new building has opened. Even if that isn't entirely correct, they would surely have to wait until paperwork is compete, waiting period expires and closing has occurred. Long story short, a sale occurring after 9/1 would be rather easy to push until at least 10/1 (if not 12/17) if that's what Disney wants to do.
